I will leave this reminder as a sticky because tthis is often a thread that new members (or new Hermès lovers) post on - hopefully temporarily.

wow that is amazing! how lucky! but just from reading this thread for a while now it seems rare that people are offered B or K as a walk in at non FSH stores. it seems purchases of watches, jewellery and RTW almost guarantee an offer. but again nothing is a guarantee with Hermes!

also seems like demand just keeps going up. since they implemented this new system it went from must line up for appointment before 12 pm to opening to 9:00 am, 8:00 am. i'm dreading the day it's line up the night before. lol.
Remember this thread is a microcosm of the people who shop at FSH. Everyone who gets lucky doesn't post on the forum or even know it exists. This forum can definitely give a skewed experience.

I've been to FSH a few times throughout the year. My last trip was with 4 other gf's and only 1 of them had purchase history. Throughout the 5 days we were there, my gf's and I each became successful with getting a B we wanted. Surprisingly, my gf with prior purchase history at FSH was the last one to get lucky on the last day of our trip. I think at FSH it really is unpredictable. My sister says it's the "thrill of the chase" LOL. Hope you got lucky today @NanamiRyu!

Dear all, this is my experience at FSH.
I arrived in Paris yesterday morning and gave this new system a try for the first time. I was served immediately by a male SA when the doors opened, but knew he was bad news fairly quickly. He did not seem interested at all in what I was looking for, and did not even bother to get a piece of paper to write down what I had to tell him. I had to volunteer and feed him all the info since he was not asking much qns at all. Guess I wasn't surprised when he came back to say there was no delivery of the holy grail. He did however bring me a Jige which I had asked for and subsequently purchased, along with a cashmere scarf. Later in the evening, as I was passing by the store, I popped in shortly before closing to try my luck once more. Unfortunately, he was standing at the bags department so I had to ask him and not surprisingly, got the same aloof reply "no B no K, same as this morning".
This morning, I joined the queue again and was assigned an appt for 1120/25. I decided to walk ard in the store abit and was constantly refreshing the link but timing remains unchanged. Since there was another 30min to go, I decided to go back to my hotel which is very close by to have a short rest before returning. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I got a text saying that my SA is ready to see me, more than 25min before the allocated time. I rushed back to the store, and was directed upstairs by the staff. My assigned SA was a really sweet lady whom I remember speaking with before earlier this year. I recall her as being helpful and pleasant, tho I did not manage to get any bags from her the last time. She led me to a corner and the conversation begins. I gave her some background to my current collection and she asked specific qns with regards to size, model, colours that I already have, colours I like to have, hardware preference etc, and painstakingly wrote all of it down on a piece of paper. I was looking for a B/K no bigger than 25 or C18 with ghw being my clear preference. She then jotted down my passport details and off she goes. She must have been gone for 15-20min, and I was looking around at bags and observing other customers with their appointments. I saw a few "nothing" situation, but also saw someone's SA coming back with boxes and twillys with goodies that cannot be shown in public. Finally, she came back with boxes and told me that she cannot show me what's inside right there (!!!), and that we have to wait for a room. As we were waiting, she told me that they didn't have any of the colours I want, and found some in colours that I already have. They do not have any K in the specs I requested, but she found me a B25 with ghw, in a medium-dark blue colour. Needless to say, I was beyond elated. And then, as if she hasn't been helpful enough, she tells me that if I do not like the B25, my other option is a darker blue C18 in ghw. It must have been the happiest and toughest decision I have to make, and let's just say I went home with one of the two.

Congratulations, Binkmartini! Whichever choice that you had made and went home with, I'm sure that one is one you are in love with! [emoji7][emoji6]

Yahooo! Congratulations, @Binkmartini! Can't wait to see your reveal in your beautiful bag. I'm so happy for you.
