Personally, I love the 14k Muranos. I have been dying to get the pink mystic beads, and my husband just got me two of them from Pandora's Box in San Francisco while he was on a business trip. They are beautiful and I think they're worth the money.

That is a great story. I remember my grandmother used to send me letters with 50 cents in them, and she thought it was a lot of money. But so sweet. Both of my grandmothers passed away years ago and I always wished I had some jewelry or something sentimental to remember them by. I think that having a couple of meaningful beads from your nana will be so special.

I don't really like many of the new beads at least not from the pictures, i like the peace sign the buddha and the red oval lights and thats about it really soooo.... i'm safe at least my purse is!

I've been feeling sick & icky all weekend, so read through the entire old thread and found I love the mix of the ss/gold on the oxidized bracelet with gold. Well, thanks to ebay. I'm getting the ss/gold beads I want, which means now I get to start saving for the gold beads. Yipes! While I like other beads, I think it's gonna be mostly Pandora for me. Gold vermiel beads can be placeholders while I save up for real gold Pandoras.

I've read of a couple people's clips breaking. Is this common? I'd like to invest in 14k clips, as I like those better than ss ones. It makes me think I should purchase clips from an authorized dealer, rather than our trusted ebay dealers. Ideas? I do a lot of bracelet rearranging, so they wouldn't just sit. Thanks for any opinions.

Good news! I had posted that I had lost two silver beads & chipped the murano that I had to replace...well... today walking to my car in the parking lot at work I FOUND one of my silver beads!! It's been two weeks & torrential rains, leaf blowing, & grass cutting and I found one!! I guess it pays to keep looking. :) I'm only down one silver bead now.

What a great story!!! It seems it was meant to be that you found your bead again, I think I would have jumped up and down on the spot.:D

Yay finally finished my first bracelet. Tried to take pics but my camera doesn't have macro. Now I want to start switching murano beads but wanted to ask, do the troll beads glass beads fit onto pandora bracelets? Some of their beads are gorgeous
