I get in too much trouble when I visit here. Fell in love with the group of ten cancer awareness pink beads and am emailing everywhere to pre-order. But to satisfy me now I picked up a couple of new pink beads and the most gorgeous daisy in silver and gold. I usually avoid the charms with gold because they are so high but I fell in love with this one so it will be the centerpiece of a new bracelet.

Hello.....I am so excited to find a group as excited about Pandora as I am. Has anyone found a pic of the new braided bracelet coming out in Fall 2009? I have seen the 3 lariats beaded into a bracelet flyer but not the new braided bracelets that are coming. I am DYING for one of these. I had a Chamilia leather but never felt right mixing, that just my preference =).

Has anyone experienced their bracelet feeling like it has "stretched"? Does it stop stretching? Has anyone had to buy a new one because of it?

Thanks1

My first bracelet totally stretched. My jeweler gave me a new one no charge. I am up to 4 bracelets and none have stretched since I rotate more. Is the bracelet you are referencing your 1st?

I did a search on the internet earlier today to see if I could find any news or pictures of the Fall 2009 beads. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I did find something very interesting. This is from a German website (translated by Google):

Pandora World Innovation 2009:
Pandora WOOD elements (immediately available)
Pandora WATCHES items (available around summer 2009)

Continue Pandora News - still without a date about 2010:
Pandora sunglasses - super accessories
Pandora Perfume - a fabulous fragrance
Pandora braided leather - leather in different colors
Pandora Watches elegant and modern
Pandora Liquid Silver - Silver Dream Jewelry

I wonder what the "Liquid Silver" jewelry will look like. Has anyone heard of it? :wondering

When I googled Fall 09 beads I discovered your blog.:yahoo: I went to the site and found the cool wood beads. I was looking for the new Pandora braided bracelet. In your searches have you seen them?

Thanks ladies for all your kind comments. I feel a bit lost now I've finished but already thinking about a silver & blue creation ;)

Has anyone bought any of the wood beads yet?

Lillia - do the clips often break? I'm lucky at my local Pandora shop they set you up on the computer so that when relatives/friends want to buy beads they can see what beads you have purchased - I guess this would also help with the guarantee part.

I'll see if I can find the bill and just return them. Even so, they broke because I've opened and closed them too many times. I've bought at three different stores -- one of reasons that I have too many beads and not enough completed bracelets (yet!). However, I've decided that it's time I made serious designs and permanent bracelets.

At Crystique at a local mall here there is a lovely young saleswoman who enjoys putting bracelets together, and she has a good eye, so today I was able to complete two -- my two tone with cream Murano, and my oxidized silver with pink and black muranos. The absolute, unbreakable rule was that I already had to have at least 60% of the beads that ended up on the bracelet. Forunately the two-tone bracelet was about 80% complete in terms of cost, and all I needed was a set of silver spacers, a set of gold spacers, and two two-tone clips. It looks fantastic!:yahoo:

But my days of experimentation are over. Too expensive! And, I must admit, too many mistakes.:p

I'm not sure about the wood beads myself. I think they would look fantastic on a leather bracelet but not on silver with silver beads. Will have to see a completed bracelet though before I make up my mind.

I have a funny story to tell you all. My gorgeous Nanna gave me $100 of her pension money yesterday for my birthday which is tomorrow. She knows that I am in love with my Pandora and said to me "Now you can go and buy some more beads to fill up your bracelet." - I don't think she knows how much the beads cost but it was so very generous of her.
I'm thinking I'll get the cupcake & s/s present or cupcake & teapot as we always have a cuppa and piece of cake when we visit.

karinjg: Thanks for the information on the new pink Trollbeads. About posting pictures on tPF, there are actually 3 ways to do that. The easiest is to use the Advanced mode when posting a message, and then use the Manage Attachments option to attach (upload) the pictures. They need to be moderately-sized for that to work. There is a thread on Posting Photos in the "Feedback Dropbox" part of tPF which outlines detailed info on posting pictures and gives you a place to practice. Good luck!

About bracelets stretching, in the little Pandora booklet "Spring Charms 2009" it says: "Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect."

MichElemental: Your bracelet is coming along nicely! :smile1: I really like the babbling brook clips.

enelya: Thanks for posting the link about the new wedding bell bead. I, too, am eager to see pictures online of the new Fall beads.

Using_Daddys_$$: Welcome to tPF! No, sorry, I haven't seen pictures of the braided bracelets.

Lillia: It sounds like you had fun finishing two of your bracelets. Please share pictures! :smile1:

Nelly4: That was so sweet of your Nanna. Now you'll have beads that will always remind you of her!

Here is a picture of the Wedding Bell charm and a bracelet using the wooden beads, in case anyone hasn't seen them yet:
