I finished my first bracelet This is my ocean themed one and I got the Troll jellyfish and dolphins for my birthday. I've loved my bracelets from each stage--from just a few beads to full. This is such a fun hobby.

Those pink Trollbeads are beautiful -- a lovely soft shade of pink. From the picture, it looks like a few of the beads are not lined with a silver core. I read somewhere online that lampwork glass beads without a metal core could scratch the chain they are strung on. Does anyone here have experience with that? Do you have any un-lined glass beads and have you seen any scratching or other problems? I ask mainly because I have been shopping for unique lampwork glass beads on Etsy lately -- some of them are just stunning.

I think I mentioned before that I have a Pandora necklace and no bracelet yet. It has been really hard finding one in my size at the local shops (7.1"/18cm). I did finally locate one a few days ago, and the very helpful SA said he would hold it for me until the trunk show/bracelet promotion next week. I hope that works out.

Meantime, here are some of the ways that I have been wearing my necklace.

The Pink Awareness Beads will all be lined with a silver core; these are just prototype pix.

Meantime, the beads are being offered to all Troll dealers and as of now are not supposed to be mailed (so that local dealers can take part.)

They have been designed and made in Denmark with new tooling so that they will fit all bead companies' chains, so there could be the widest participation (my words) for charitable donations.

My third bracelet is coming along!

I just added four gold beads yesterday. They were an unexpected gift from my husband actually. All are filigree/open in design and I love that you can see the bracelet coming through. I'll probably move them around a bit once the bracelet really gets going.

I have two more Murano's ordered. I decided I'm only doing three on this one.

My God that Gold sure does stand out. Are you planning on keeping this strictly gold or some mixed ss with gold? Three Muranoas should add the right amount of punch color. God I wish I could afford a gold bracelet. I'd have to take a mortgage out on the house to do that, so instead I'll just enjoy watching yours grow and bloom.

Well, I just had a nasty shock. Two of my clips broke today. I was worried about those, and that is definitely the limitation of experimentation. The little hinge just gave out and the clip fell in half. Hopefully I can find the bill for them, but I've bought in three different stores and I'll have to look through a ton of bills now to figure out which place I bought them.

Lillia - do the clips often break? I'm lucky at my local Pandora shop they set you up on the computer so that when relatives/friends want to buy beads they can see what beads you have purchased - I guess this would also help with the guarantee part.

Pandora Scot - I absolutely love your bracelet its stunning - unfortunately, I couldn't afford that many gold beads to do the same thing. As a small family, all our spare money goes towards bills, childcare etc...

Michelemental - your bracelet is gorgeous too and once again I love all the gold on there. I think the beads are more expensive here in Australia so I was nearly having a fit adding up how much it would be!! I would be too scared to wear it!

Hi girls!

This is my first post, so I hope I'm doing it right I've been reading this thread ocassionaly, admiring (and drooling over) all your gorgeous bracelets.
And now I'm posting because I've been searching like mad for anything related to the fall release (to see if I can calm the addiction with candy for the eye - with this whole crisis thing, even silver beads are expensive for me). Found this, which I don't think has been discussed before:

LOVE those pink Troll beads that are coming out for Breast Cancer awareness! I may have to get those. I was searching around and it looks like you may need to buy these in person in store and they won't be available online. Anyone have any more info on that? I need to see if I can find a dealer near me.

I got all of my new charms yesterday! So pretty! I am over the moon in love with the Murano beads. I really lucked out since they all are similar shades of pink/sizes. I am going to redo my bracelet tonight with all the beads and then take pictures.
