Wow, that Cuirs de Desert is beautiful, I was driven to H website and there's even a c'way spot on for MYH's Cde F , but with Rouge H instead of orange , such an elegant one for Winter .And from what I saw on the site it's one that morphs into a swan when tied….

One of the best rewards (there are so many) is seeing everyone else's scarves, particularly the 140 silks. Klynneann - love all of yours even the pink CdF. I'm not a pink gal but can see how yours would look great on you.
So I'm all excited and have whipped myself up in a frenzy about what SS2016 will bring in this format so decided to go and investigate the SS2016 scarf thread again with a fine tooth comb. Plus I have insomnia tonight so need something to do on my iPad quietly in bed.
Here are the pics that shows the larger formats.
I see fantasies indiennes, l'instruction du Roy, new circles design, new birds and plants design, balade en berline, ex libris with circles in 140cms. Problem is, I can't tell if they are giant silks or cashmere silks.
Then I saw a convo with MarieT and Seton. I agree with MarieT that the LdR is prolly not a CSGM since they just did this one recently. So she concluded it was a silk twill. But then Seton rightly pointed out the hem looks too wide and looks to be a silk jersey. So does that mean we are going to have a 140cm silk jersey for the first time ever? Oh my goodness! My brain is going to have to work overtime to figure out the best knots for this new scarf creature. Or is it the white hem on the blue LdR is just a white printed border and not a hem? Which brings us back to a giant silk. MT also thought the ex libris with circles could be a giant silk. Either way, I think I am getting both designs as long as they are done in cws I love. Crossing my fingers!

At least some of the new designs each season have felt truly new, like De la Mer au Ciel and Sieste a Paradis.
I'm glad that H has enlisted fresh blood like Alice Shirley to create some new big cat designs. Jungle Love is pretty, but it's be reissued over and over and over.
Time for something new!
