@Deedybell did the bag get scraped on a wall or hit something abrasive. It's really hard to get canvas have that type of tear & wear through normal use eg: the corners of bag rubbing on clothes/body etc by shoulder carry.

Wow. I suggest that you stop tying your beautiful bag to the bumper of your car and dragging it through town because how else could such blatant wear even happen. This really enforces my love for beautiful vintage bags with thicker canvas. Your customer service representative was totally wrong.
She says she doesn't wear the bag that much? LIES! LOL!! A patina that dark/dirty is the sign of a bag used and damn abused daily. My SA would have donned his gloves and with one finger push it to the edge of the counter with lips pursed to one side if she waltzed in asking for an explanation. That bag needs to be put out of its misery. It has been bashed against enough bricks in its short life. Maybe she has a rabid child??
Sorry this appears to me to be self inflicted. Like you rubbed up against a wall or something?? Not even sure why you would be walking that close to a wall but from the pictures this definitely has nothing to do with LV quality. Please note just because you paid over a thousand dollars for the bag does not make it indestructible.
That patina is waaaay to dark for a bag that doesn't get used much. This NF clearly scrapped against something and I dont agree with placing the blame on LV.
My 6 month-old NF in DE is showing some very early wear on the corners where the bag touches the surface it’s resting on. I can’t see any of the red interior, but I have some very tiny areas where the checked pattern has worn enough to show the black beneath it. I’ve only noticed because I turned it over and eyeballed it very closely. Otherwise, it looks brand new and I carried it non-stop for months. It’s a little less stiff than it was at first, but I like that.
I’m a LV newb but have built a small collection over the last 9-10 months. None of my items had any issues at time of purchase, and I’m happy with how they’re holding up so far. I think they’re all very well made. I never considered myself a fan of coated canvas, but I now love it and have a small collection of workhorse items. I love both the functionality and the way the canvas feels and wears.

Hope it's not the case of trying to get a new bag by trying to fool LV into exchanging a old bag and saying it's defective. Cos that patina does looks more than 2 years. Something is off with the story. Maybe OP can come back and clarify.

She "claims" that the bag is a little over 2 years old and all the corners were worn out like that within 6 months. I call BS-haha!! LV is not made of steel or indestructible but someone capable of doing this type of damage to a purse in 6 months is careless. She must drag it across every wall and down every stair she encounters. Why wait until NOW to complain? LV owes her nothing but a laugh right out of the store. Girl Bye lol! That's all she would get from me if I worked at LV. Silly Rabbit.
One of my Speedy 40’s is 28 years old, which I carry frequently. The corners are just fine, and my Mono NF GM (which I purchased in 2016), is in excellent condition and no wear showing on the corners and I’ve also carried it often. There is no way I believe the shape of your bag is just normal wear and tear within a six month period. It looks like it was dragged across the pavement, and you expect LV to repair this bag. I think not!
