So I received an exchange for the Cluny today as the first bag that I received had major quality issues, the second one was worse with chipped leather lining. When I talked to customer care and asked for another exchange they were behaving as if doing me a huge favour. Returning is more of a hassle for me as well, all I wanted was a pristine bag, it seems more of an ask from LV it seems.
