Look blue the second picture. Daylight would help determine.I need help. Anyone can be kind enough to tell me if this pallas clutch looks black or navy blue. Its been ordered as navy blue but I honestly think its black. If it's black they've sent the wrong strap as it should be brown. If it's blue the vachetta strap is the right one but wrong coloured bag .the first picture is what was ordered clearly looks blue. I think she need to find better lighting. The lighting in the room may confuse the navy color. But I think she got what she receive. Navy.It clearly looks blue in your second pic.
I'm quite sure they can reglaze it. I'm not sure on wether they will do it for free since its under one years old or they may think it's acceptable wear and tear. I'm not sure. Hopefully someone will chime in and help you. My hubs had his 20 year wallet reglazed no problem small fee. the glaze will eventually wear out. My hubby was from him stuffing the wallet back of his jeans so from friction/rubbing. But it's lasted amazingly well.Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so apologies if I'm wrong. I have an Emilie wallet that I got the start of this year and used it until August when I bought my Rosalie. I was inspecting the Emilie recently and noticed that the glazing on the corners had really started to peel and I'm afraid that it could get worse. Is this normal for LV wallets as that was the first brand new LV wallet I've owned and I'm wondering is there anything that can be done to fix this. Thank you!

As @Missydora suggested, take your wallet to a store and they will reglaze it for you. They will likely do it for free while the wallet is under a year old.Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so apologies if I'm wrong. yes, I found that out too, I don't know why, the LV wallets etc don't hold well, the edges show wear so fast! unfortunately the fake LV wallets holds so well (yup, I have seen that, the heavily used fake LV wallet, glazing on the edges look like brand new! Not to advertise fakes but just wondering why) and I have owned a few LV wallets, key holder etc that I bought brand new from the store, all of them were less than 2 years old, a few of them only a few months old and not even use much and I'm a person baby my stuff, but the wear on glazing part is very noticeable.Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so apologies if I'm wrong. It's now daylight and I can now confirm this navy blue is more a very dark dark blue almost black. On the reciept it says Marine. On the website it says Navy blue. It's a case of the website has shown the wrong blue or they've not depicted it as true to life. Friend wants to keep it as she does like it despite the blue is not as vibrant as on website. But has rung LV if they could change the strap to the dark brown one that comes with the black version. As she thinks it will go better since it's almost black in colour. They are going to ask the head/manager since they can see there is a discrepancy between the colour on the website and description to what she received. Here's a pic of it in daylight and the one on website. View attachment 3889399 View attachment 3889400
Yeah it's more black than blue. LV sent her a brown strap that goes a lot better with it then the vachetta one. So friend is a happy bunny she didn't want to return the whole bag as we took ages stalking to get this one as it's always out of stock. For me this is black and they definitely send you wrong bag
