That wouldn't bother me at all. It could also happen the first time you're out and about and the bunny presses up against something. I don't see that as a defect.

I need help. Anyone can be kind enough to tell me if this pallas clutch looks black or navy blue. Its been ordered as navy blue but I honestly think its black. If it's black they've sent the wrong strap as it should be brown. If it's blue the vachetta strap is the right one but wrong coloured bag .

Good news, my SA had a second one and agreed the indentation was probably caused by the hardware being squished on the leather during transit to the store. She's the best!!

Thanks for this. I ordered it for a friend, managed to get it early hours on the website as she has to sleeps early. It came today but where both unsure about what colour it is. I know what you mean looks blue second pic. That's what is throwing us off. It looks black when we look at it front facing. The interior definitely looks black but on the website it looks blue. We just wondering if LV has made a mistake. Thanks for looking .

From pics looks black to me. Did you put it next to something black? Might help.

Thank you ladies. We thought maybe theres something wrong with our eyes we put it against another black bag and it looks nearer the black colour then blue. I put it next to a marine rouge key pouch and its looks darker more black. Im so confused. We resorted to finding the exact bag on you tube and I don't think this bag we have looks the same. I've taken screen shot. That bag on you tube is definately blue right ??? Compared to the one we got is black? In that video it shows the inside being blue our's is black. I think we got the wrong bag. Tomorrow I'm going take it outside in daylight it's night time now.
I also see it more blue but friend sees it black?? Im beginning to not trust what I'm seeing it's bizarre
