I ordered replacement luggage tags for my Randonnee GM & Antigua Cabas MM. The Cabas one came first and was smaller than your average luggage tag, I figured this was due to the smaller size of the bag. Today the one for the Ranonnee came and it is also this smaller size. I could've sworn from photos it looked like the Randonnee GM came with a regular sized luggage tag. Here are photos of them next to the tag from my Eole 50...

Most I've found had the smaller one. i guess that was the default and a few owners replaced them with the larger one.

Thanks. So sad I had my larger sized one stamped with just my initials, I want the Chicago flag stamp from the Michigan Ave store so badly...when I called 1-866 they told me that Chicago didn't have a unique stamp so I just went with my initials

Hi @BULL, may I ask if the unevenness/dents are normal on canvas? It’s on the back of my Xmas 2023 Sailing keypouch. TIA
Looks like the left bottom corner was accidentally folded (and creased) during/after production. When only the canvas is creased (like on a Speedy) I always recommend to wait and wear, because 99% of the time it will beautifully even out in a few days. But in this case the canvas and the leather lining are bonded together and they are both creased to a certain degree. I would say that this might also even out if you start actively using it, but to be honest, this would bother me. It is a cosmetic issue, of course, but come on, these pouches cost as much now as an entire bag did in 2016, so I don't want them to look used out of the factory. I am usually quite forgiving to manufacturing variations, but this is not even that. This piece just wasn't handled properly. I'd ask for another one if possible.

Thank you very much! I’ll try to ask for another piece

I sent my PM for “complete edge revarnishing” and just got the bag delivered back to me. Attached are photos of the repair job. This is horrible, right? I’m not imagining it??
And I had to pay $200 for this “craftsmanship.”

I totally see why you're upset with it, but this is generic Louis Vuitton quality. Even most new Pochette Métises are like this at the flap curve. There is like nothing hand made about these.
When people ask about edge paint, I like to show them this video:

Well... that is literally just a little conveyor belt with industrial paint, no real precision there. This is why I always tell people not to buy anything with contrasting colour edge paint, since it will look wonky as hell. Even on their super expensive Capucines, edges can look sad.

I got my Neverfull BB today at the LV Boutique. I checked the bag and it is all good but I forgot to check the coin purse that comes with it. Now I am home already and I just found that one side of the coin purse is not aligned. Is it a common problem for LV coin purse to look like this?
I have to wait until next weekend to have time to drive all the way back to the boutique to exchange it but meanwhile I cannot wait to use my new bag. Will the boutique be able to swap just the coin purse for me? Or will I have to exchange the whole bag for another one?

They should be able to swap just these. Modular bags always have each element available as a spare part.
They probably won't have it in a stock though, they'll need to order it and the official rule is that they can only give you a 'complete' bag, so in theory they should keep the rest of the Neverfull until they get the coin purse and only give the them back to you, but in reality they usually don't follow this fortunately.
