Unfortunately, the pouch is damaged inside. I love it so much that I’m willing to get it repaired. Do you think the damage was caused by the zipper? I’m afraid it’ll continue to happen even after repairing it. Any advice or thoughts? Thank you so much for your help!

I believe it is from just use. Vuittonite was never a durable material.

Yes the lining in these peels quite often. However many people embrace the peeling and just peel the remainder of the lining out to leave the fabric underneath which leaves the pouch useable!!
Um…..no! That isn’t a thing with Vuottonite. That material is used in hard sided pieces and peeling is NOT normal unless of course it’s not properly maintained.
A simple Google search, or, a simple search in this very forum says otherwise.
Does it come off it you rub with with your finger? Sometimes it can be like residue. It could also be a tiny scratch but I’ve noticed when canvas is scratched it’s usually white in color
Hi guys, I have just received my Speedy 20 in damier ebene, it has some marks on the leather flaps because of the handle. Is this normal on a brand new bag? The seller says it's normal and that it happens on all Speedys where the handle touch. 
Mine doesn't have that. Looks like non careful storage to me.
that's normal, I had bought brand new Speedys from boutiques, that's where the handles pressed down made indentation (yours are slightly deeper imprint then mine), will go away after months.
