@anps An organizer may help. I purchased mine online a few years ago and it looked the same as yours. It no longer has the sag but this could be due to the fact that my Samorga organizer lives in the bag and I store it sitting upright.
 
Hi everyone! (New here!)

I just bought this Neverfull MM in Monogram at the Valley Fair Mall in San Jose. Before walking out with my new bag, I made sure I inspected it and me and the SA thought it looked good, so I left. When I got home, I started putting my work stuff (laptop + bag organizer) and noticed that the bag looked odd. Like the bottom is sagging. looks like one side of the bag sewed unevenly? on that side, the left side sewed in more than the right side? pull the edge out to see if it is

luggage tag has 3 or 4 indents on the back of it....please see photos. Am I being too picky, or is this unacceptable? They charged me $100 for just the luggage tag and I know its on the back and all but... it seems like it should look and be new.

No, you're not being too picky. This is unacceptable. If it were me, I'd return this one and get a new one w/o a second thought.
Thank you again to @missling for encouraging me to not accept this dinged up luggage tag! My new one finally came today and it is perfect! I'm going to get it heatstamped on my trip next week!

Is this normal for Alma Neo? Color peeling off on corners, handles and on several places on the surface. It started out with small peeling on corners after the second use and is only getting worse. It feels as if I could peel the whole color off if I wanted to. I have contacted LV three times, including when first noticed, but did not receive any help as there is no LV store in my country and bag needs to be handed in in person. During a trip to Amsterdam, I had a care specialist look at it and she said she had to send it to Paris for inspection. But there was no flexibility in terms of pick up locations. The bag needs to be picked up at the same location where handed in. I asked if a family member could pick it up in Paris after inspection, but that was not possible. So I did not send it away and have only used it a maximum of 7-8 times. The peeling is just too noticable and it looks like a cheap bag. The peeling is from normal wear on my shoulder, I always take very good care of my bags. Any advice is welcomed on how to proceed, as right now I am stuck with a bag that is only sitting in a dust bag in my closet, because I am ashamed of using it. I don't think this should be happening after such a short time when you pay for premium quality.

Maybe call the customer service line, they’ve been able to have people ship their bags in for repair, so I don’t see why they couldn’t help you in that way. I’m so sorry this is happening to your bag!

Have contacted them twice, when I first noticed it and a week ago. Both times they said it must be handed in i person. This is for Europe, I think US has the option of shipping items.
