I got this Neverfull only two months ago and it’s been used twice. I’ve only really just noticed the handles look rough, as if they are not completely inked/glazed to the full edges.

She noticed the part where the flap goes over is wearing already-like the black is coming off and showing white underneath. Anyone else have this issue? Will they return it since she's used it? For $4500 they should take it back I would think!!
I would take this back to the store and see what they say. if you really only used it twice then i don’t think that’s normal
Received my second LV purchase today, and am in love! However, I was very surprised that the Alma was not stuffed with tissue (Dior and Chanel both stuff my bags with tissue, even though they are structured bags) to hold the shape. As a result, it looks pretty concave on both sides (more on the front than the back). Is this something I can fix? Should I take it to the store to exchange? Since I’m not as familiar with LV or even canvas bags (leather girl for life), I don’t want to look crazy to the SAs. It’s pristine otherwise. But I did buy this brand new, so I would like the bag to also look brand new. To me, this includes having a bag that doesn’t look warped already. Seeking help from the experts here! Thank you in advance!
None of my LV bags have ever been stuffed. I think your concern can be easily fixed by putting some tissue or bubble wrap in it now. Wait a few days and it should be fine. I bought a neverfull in europe and carried it back flat like how LV stores them in drawers. No issue with the canvas.
I have purchased only canvas bags from LV and none of them have arrived stuffed with tissue. The Speedy I own came folded flat; I think that others have mentioned this as well.
If your bag otherwise looks pristine, enjoy it! Once you put your items in it I am sure it will achieve a nice shape.
Oh goodness... I ordered a monoglam side trunk and I'm not sure if the corners should be bent like this? Not sure if I am being picky but it's all I can see and at this price point...

That's the thing... They aren't that way because of sagging. It's clearly an unused bag with protective tape still on the metal. They're turned and I can't push them back. Even the ones on the bottom.
I don’t mean sagging from use but rather from the material.
Regardless of intent you don’t seem happy with the bag and would prefer one with clean and crisp right angles so off it should go back to LV IMO.

I think I’m going to take it in tomorrow and look at some other side trunks to compare. Maybe my expectations were too high given the price point.
I get the slouchy look and can see how they might be slightly angled for th top corners. But the rest of the corners just don’t look right to me.
