The wrinkles on the handle are totally normal and minimal. There are 2 lines running around the bottom (where the 2 pieces meet inside), it is a little more visible on the left, but if you look closely, it goes all the way around. This also wouldn't bother me, especially that with time they usually get more pronounced here and there.
The little scratch is also not a scratch scratch, but a natural leather imperfection, from the cow. Personally it would't bother me because it says that it is real leather and also makes my bag unique.
The only thing that would bother me is the dent on the bottom. That is not a leather or a construction characteristic, that is just someone accidentally bumping it on the corner of a chair or something. It is OK, but I want to be the one doing that to my bags.
Those long lines along the bottom are inevitable and will be present on most Almas after some time. It really is not the end of the world. The little scratch like imperfection... I said that I could live with that, but I also believe that when most of their bags are just straight up PVC and they sprinkle in a dash of leather to spice them up, that dash should be impeccable for the exorbitant amount of money. They have enough smooth and perfect VVN, they should use that.
The bag looks unused, I'd say take it back and ask for another one. I understand the SAs trying to convince you to move on, for them it is just a sub-2000$ purchase, an everyday thing, but for regular people buying Vuitton is a celebration. Make it worth the title.
