I think it’s common!! The orangey lining would show at certain angles on the outside of my neo BB too as the glue the lining with the leather first before cutting. It’s not a flaw but more of how it were constructed - every bag (almost) would show a little at certain parts.
Thank you! I didn’t notice at first just took it out and in sun it was noticeable.
I agree with Jumper that it’s probably common to have a little bit of lining showing here and there. Even though the purple runs all the way around yours, it is not something you can see unless you are holding the bag closely and you are looking down at the seam specifically. Did you buy it recently so it can be exchanged easily? If not, the SA is probably going to tell you it’s totally normal. If it bothers you enough, then maybe you can take it in to see if they have another one that looks better. Good luck deciding.
It was delivered two weeks ago but I hadn’t carried yet or should say haven’t carried.
Ok then it wouldn’t be too hard to exchange since you are within the 30 day window. It is likely considered normal by LV. But if it bothers you, you have the right to go in and at least look at another one to see if that one looks the same or better. If you have been working with the same SA for awhile, she/he would want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide to do nothing, just enjoy your beautiful bag. If you decide to try an exchange, you may end up with one that shows less purple or the same.
Personally I see nothing wrong and you are being too picky. Bag looks beautiful, enjoy.

Most people don't even notice this. On the other hand, this item doesn't even have a meter of stitches if you count all of them, and if they can't get such a little straight, for this amount of money...
There is a fine line between "handmade" and "sloppy". And I see why you feel they passed that.
I don’t see anything wrong and kind of feel it’s a bit picky? But you have to be happy with the bag..

Yes, it's happend the same with another side (1 line straight, 1 line is off). Also, the zipper is not smooth like other styles that I owned. Is this normal with this Papillon BB? Tks.

I received a Neverfull MM in monogram from the LV online store today. I just wanted a second opinion on the vachetta trim - I feel like it’s a bit messy and there’s already some marks on the vachetta. Just wanting to know if I am being too particular or if I should return it. Thank you!

The trim feels fine for me.
The first mark looks like it's edge paint. I could live with that. The other mark though looks like someone pushed an oily nose against the leather. That is the only mark that would bother me, but that would bother me big time.
Meehhh…. I would return! I have the exact same bag, quite new from online shop in 2022 and my trim looks accurate, also no marks on the vachetta yet….
But on the other side I recognized on mine (after the returning time) that inside one red stitch is missing. But Im ok with that as the thread holds so far.
Perhaps there is no perfection
