Hi all,

I purchased a Saintonge of fashionphile. It’s is in really really better than the very good condition that they listed as except for two flaws. The glazing is irregular in two places. One on the front and one on the back. The back is slightly more noticeable. View attachment 5675818It’s not sticky and doesn’t appear that it is melting or anything. It’s also not really noticeable just carrying it and the price was good enough that as long as it’s not going to be a major issue down the road I can live with it. I was hoping someone could chime in on what they think. I have tried to search for a similar issue but mostly what I find is melting or specific to certain bags and this isn’t one of those. Thanks!

It is a known issue on PSM (cracked canvas) and I would not accept it ...
You'll have troubles getting in repaired in the future or if you ever want to resell (you never know).
I would take it back

I know that yours is not a 26. I have a 26 and it doesn't stand if empty. It stands if I have something in it.

I purchased the Neverfull MM while traveling in Europe. The box was super big. I was unable to fit the purse in the box. It was creased while in the suitcase. I have been stuffing it with towels hoping to get rid of the crease. Do you have any recommendations? Is there anything the store can do? How do you keep it in good shape esp if I have to store it?

It looks perfectly fine. Actively using a canvas bag is the best way to get rid of temporary creases caused by storage.
I'd store them stuffed in the dustbag. It's gonna be fine.

Congratulations on your beautiful Neverfull Nice selection of shoes too. I agree with what everyone else said. I just store mine standing upright, and I don't put it in the dustbag. I did that faithfully before with all my LV bags, but now I enjoy seeing them uncovered

Yes, it is normal. It is the end of the leather wrapped around to the underside.
