Is this a defect, is this normal for this Chanel item?

Hi lovelies, I recently have noticed my almost 3 years old classic flap cover looks like below (a screenshot I captured from a wear and tear youtube video).
I couldn't recall if it was straight when I just gotten the bag. Could it be I over stuff it so the cover got "push" out? I stuff my bag with a bag pillow when I don't use it. I seldom carry my classic flap though.
Can anyone please advise?

Mine does that also! I bought it 4 years ago and don't really wear it but keep a purse organizer inside for shaping. I really don't think I have over stuffed it. Mine is lambskin.
Mine in caviar leather. Do you remember it was like that when you just got your bag? I just went to watch my unboxing video in slow motion, and I don’t see the cover bends this way.

This is my pre-loved vintage lambskin CF from the early 90s, but it doesn't have that bend at the turnlock.
I don't know what Chanel is doing with their bags these days for such a dramatic bend to happen on a practically new bag.
My bag is displayed and stuffed with the original dust bag and some acid-free tissue paper. I rarely use it these days.
You could politely reach out to their customer service and ask a few questions and see if they offer any services for that kind of wear and tear.
Got this today at the boutique. Is the loose white part of the tweed above the cc a defect? Is if likely it can be fixed? Would it cause the white thread to unravel?

Hellooo.. Needing some extra eyes on this. Just bought it last week, does the flap look even or is it lopsided?
To me the flap is lopsided down on the left. The amount/surface area of partial squares peaking out from under the flap on the left is less than seen on the right. It looks like if you measured the length on the left it might actually be longer there than the right side length.
