Is it worth it to buy chanel and dior lip stick / gloss / makeup?

Currently I am using -
- Dior iconic overcurl Mascara
- Chanel Le Blanc De primer
- Dior nude skin glowing Makeup with SPF 15
- Dior backstage eye palette
- Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush
- Chanel rouge allure lipstick
- Dior addict lip glow

I am quite happy with the products.

I used to use exclusively Chanel lipstick, foundation, blush and even some La Prairie lipstick (at the time around $50 each!!!)

But i eventually decide to spend less money, and other than some Bobbi Brown and Laura Mericier products, I use Maybelline, Cover Girl and Rimmel. Happy with those. Maybe higher end lipsticks stay on longer, but eh, I don't care too much...

I also used to use Chanel and La Prairie and La Mere skin care but now I've landed on ROC products which I love! Oh and one L'Oreal item.

Bought chanel powder and foundation, rarely use it. Dior lipstick, nothing really special for me. Its over price in my opinion.

I buy dior lipglow partly because of its pretty packaging. But the formula is awesome to begin with. Gone thru many sticks!

I used to love Chanel cosmetics, especially their lipglosses. I also loved Yves Saint Laurent mascara. I still love them, but the budget doesn’t, lol!

I think so. Premium brands have some really flattering colors that over the counter cosmetics try to mimic all the time.

I've even upgraded from Chanel/ Dior/ YSL to Tom Ford. Totally worth it.

OMG, yes. I love the Chanel foundation, powder and blush. The blush is particularly long-lasting, the most long-lasting one I have ever used.

I looove the Chanel lipglosses and the dior ones. But there are many less expensive that are just as good. Now for mascara, the best mascara in the world is the Dior Overcurl Nothing comes close to it

Better to buy chanel, dior and ysl products over any other products since I never get sick of using them. Those products are the only ones I use till I actually finish the product.

I have used them all and I can honestly say that Chanel foundations are some of the best out in the marketplace currently, particularly Perfection Lumiére and Vitalumiére Aqua. These two foundations stand up against the highest end foundations available for purchase. I think Chanel lipsticks, eyeshadows, etc. are also formidable, but if I was going to splurge only in one area it would be their foundation. Dior and YSL foundations are nice but it is not as nice. YSL has beautiful face powders, an area in which Chanel is actually lacking. Le Volume Mascara by Chanel may be a drop better than Dior Overcurl and YSL Shock and Volume Mascaras, but this is so subjective based upon ones actual lashes..

My most complimented lip stick is a Chanel - the only Chanel one I own so that was worth it as well.
