Wow OP. That’s a beautiful bag. Thank you for sharing. I so hope she gets returned to you soon with an apology for the emotional heartache H has put you through. Your Ardennes is also a stunner. Could you imagine if the purse is indeed real authentic H and they destroy it ? I hope that they do a second look at it before it gets to that point just to be sure. I don't own any H so I'm not sure how it works.

If you paid by a bank credit card you may be able to dispute the transaction with the bank (b/c the seller seems to have sold you fraudulent goods) and get the funds reversed.

If a bag is sent to Paris to be authenticated, does Paris really have the right to destroy it? It's still your property, isn't it?

I suppose you could sue the reseller. Ugh, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I hope something can be worked out to your satisfaction.

You should contact your CC company or Paypal or what have you and file a claim. Hermes has already declared your bag a fake, and their word is final. So sorry it happened to you.

My SA told me a while back that there is a computer chip implanted in authentic H bags. I don't know if this is true or not. In this day and age, it sounds somewhat plausible.

This policy is crazy, unlike chanel or lv or other they actually return the item if it deemed fake. How can Hermes have this much power to be honest if I bought from a reseller a bag that is authentic And Hermes decides it fake there nth I can do about it. Ive heard a lot of stories about hermes staff and backdoor people taking advantage of this system to be able to take these authentic confiscated bag and resell them

It is beautiful bag. From pictures presented ( missing zipper, metal hooks, handle, lock.. etc) there is no any sign showing it may be not authentic bag. I'm sure Paris made a mistake.

Thanks for kindly offering your opinion. You should know it is highly appreciated. Without attaching all 17 photos I hope these selected few simply serve the purpose of helping more of us getting familiar with this limited Kelly style.

By now I have sent through all the photos along with bababebi's certificate to the Store Manager. Anticipating to see what happens next.

@SupaUltra_J: I do hope the misunderstanding gets cleared soon. I, myself, first learned about the Sellier Mou here on TPF and am grateful to all of the amazing, knowledgeable experts here. Your bag is beautiful and I hope you get her back soon. Hope to hear some positive news.
