This looks great on you. I think the trick with the bib might be to find a scarf that nicely matches your top? I think if it "blends in", it kind of becomes part of the top rather than looking like a big. Thanks for sharing momasaurus!Basic bib:

I turn the scarf over and make a small knot in the exact center of the scarf's underside. Then I flip the scarf over the right way. You can't see the knot, but it kind of pleats the bib. I'll try to take a clearer photo.

Thank you, dear. Just tried this and I get it! You knot it right in the center before you do anything else, then you just flip it over and make a bib trying 2 opposite corners around your neck. Exactly right! (although I would never venture a halter, it sure could be done). The underside knot cinches up the extra fabric so the bib is not quite so floppy. Floppy bibs are fine, of course, it's just a different look.

Momasaurus, I don't have any better suggestions as I find that the scarf can compete with a cowl. Having said that, I liked the look of the "just sort of draped" pic as I find that the scarf does not in fact compete with the cowl in that pic!
I love the way you wear your scarf with the cowl necked sweater! I love sweaters too but I do not have many ideas other than cowboy knot with my sweaters! But yours are great!
