Dear MYH! Thank you so much for starting this thread! I tought I was for ever done with 90x90 but still had to buy three more truly irresistable ones this season... ;) There are so many wonderful ideas here and I really learned a lot! :D Thanks to all of you for your great pics and comments! :flowers:

Actually, I only did the cowl for the photo... but I've been wearing a different scarf in a cowl all day, in & out of meetings, and it's stayed firmly in place (no magnets involved!).

You are absolutely right, dear cherryblossum... it was an unusual color choice for me. But when I looked at all the options at the time, the turquoise blue just seemed to say "circus" to me! Also (and this may explain a lot) my eyes are blue... but they are a shade of blue that changes, depending on what color I am wearing next to my face. So when I wear this scarf, my eyes turn turquoise... very dramatic!

It is interesting that the details make you think of a nightmare; I know just what you mean. I think it is the masked acrobats. They are spooky! This is a case where the scarf is probably better tied than flat!:smile1:

I will be excited to see your 70cm Circus next week.

I know, right? I have always liked the "corners" of this scarf, because there is a lot of detail work there, but it has made me sad to miss the beautiful interior. MYH's cowl has changed my life... or, at least, my scarf life!:D

Yaaayy, another good one MYH! I'm late to the party for this knot, but so happy to have even more ideas for how to use those 90s that I keep accumulating. I've been wearing Le Chou Chou for several days now and will branch out to the Canty Cowl next. Fab thread, thanks for starting :D

You are correct :-)

Initially I went for this scarf because I love the color but shopper's remorse set in very quickly - I didn't know what to "do" with all the nauticals until I saw MYH's demo on the cowl about a week back. I am happy now.

I think you have mastered the cowl lyseiki8, lovely on you! I can't seem to get the cowl to be less "poufy" on me:nogood:
