Hot stamping ... Yes or no ??

Hey StarStarMoon!!! i got my Josephine in Red so i went with the gold hotstamping just under the "louis Vuitton Paris, Made in France" stamp...and its soo prettty and really pops on the red...As for my Speedy, i had the Luggage tag hot stamped in Gold ( was going to go with the red, but they didn't have the RED i really wanted..and the one they did have wasn't RED enough for me...if you get that...LOL



hey there Hathor!! Josephine is an AWESOME wallet, esp w/the red!! Ooooh, the gold must look gorgeous against the red leather interior!!! I guess the red is a popular hot stamp color! Sorry they were out of it when you went, but I think the gold is a FAB choice for the Speedy!! Thx for the advice on the diff shades of red...I'm going for it!!

umm, ok, i found my receipt...its Medium...on the Josephine...On my Luggage tag, its Large..hope that helps!!!

Has anyone heatstamped their Speedy? I'd like to heatstamp my mono 25 and DE 35 with my initials at some point, but where would they heatstamp it? Also would they heatstamp accessories like a key holder or a cles? (although I'm not sure if that would be sensible). How much does heatstamping cost?

I have my Pomme Sarah wallet stamped with my name (Amy) luckily it's only three letters so I can do it! The gold looks lovely with the hardware and in contrast to the red leather.

I don't think I'd hot stamp my bags though, just in case I ever changed my mind about them and wanted to sell. SLGs....yes!
