yes, i got it stamped when i bought it! so sorry that your sa discouraged you to hotstamp yours. can you get a 2nd opinion, or go to another store?
just fyi, i heard that not all sa's are trained properly to do the hotstamping...so maybe another store or a different sa has the special training, and you would have confidence that it would turn out o.k.! just an idea!

I only have 1 store and the SA who answered me worked in the LV in Paris for 5 years and did a lot of hot stamping. Apparently, he is the best for hot stamping in that store ...
I went back twice biut he refused. Next time I am in another town with an LV store, I'll bring my Zcw and ask them to do it. I will not give up. Enjoy ur wallet. I love mine.
I'm not a fan of it on anything but I do like initials on the mon monogram or the goyard Saint Louis bags, basically I prefer it done in paint rather than a stamp on the bag itself. I'm just not into it for some reason. It looks off to me. And I wouldn't want a luggage tag hanging off of my bag bec. I don't like the look. I think on an actual piece of luggage it looks fine.
You know I never saw this done before, but on accessories like this it actually looks very pretty and it seems special. So I have a change of heart bec. I didn't even know what Queen Maria was referring to lol. I can now say I like it on wallets or other accessories similar to that, in the corner would be my preference. I would go for it Queen! I may even end up doing it now that I see it lol.
Yes, I think it is very special to hot stamped SLG & make it personalized, especially on some special occasion
