I hot-stamped all my SLGs and most of my bags. Since I was little, mum labelled all my belongings. Now that I am a mum myself, I still like the idea of labelling my belongings (including a personalised car registration plate with my initial :P) and of course, I labelled all my DDs belongings too. I have no intention of selling any of my LVs and talking about passing them to my DDs in future, well, both of them have the same initials as me. All I have to do is decide which bags go to who :D

Love the idea of hot stamping (wallets) ...wallets are more intimate, so initials add a special touch! For bags, like Speedy I like hotstamped luggage tags- it's like keeping the concept of LV trunks history alive! Now...I need a wallet and a Speedy to hotstamp...thanks for enabling me QueenM!! Ha ha ha!! ;)

I totally agree with you, i have my Wallet Hot stamped...and as for my "Louie" (aka my Speedy 30) i got a Luggage tag with my Initials on it:):):)....now i'm debating weather i should hot stamp my Eva..hmmm, i wonder if they can even do that???:):):):):)

Cool!!! :ghi5: Just curious what colors you decided to hotstamp your wallet and your lovely "Louie"?!?! I like gold, "no color" and RED...guess it depends on what matches nicely with your bag/wallet, etc. Oooh, your new Eva wld look fab hot stamped!! you're right..."where?" :girlsigh:

I personally just don't trust anyone to permanently stamp my bag. I am a crazy perfectionist and would have an attack if it was not in the exact spot I wanted it. The. Again, I'm just nuts like that.

I do really like the small luggage tags, especially on speedy bags. I think it's a good addition to the luggage look of the bag.

Also, I wish they offered lower case. My first initial is J, but I think j looks much nicer.

Hey StarStarMoon!!! i got my Josephine in Red so i went with the gold hotstamping just under the "louis Vuitton Paris, Made in France" stamp...and its soo prettty and really pops on the red...As for my Speedy, i had the Luggage tag hot stamped in Gold ( was going to go with the red, but they didn't have the RED i really wanted..and the one they did have wasn't RED enough for me...if you get that...LOL:):)

I might have to do that next time i go to Saks ( i didn't get any LV's from there botique..but i LVoe the SA in there, he's always so kind towards me and has a very down to earth personality:):):) Ohh, we are soooooo twins Queen Maria:):graucho:
