I got my wallet stamped yesterday and can't wait to get my bags stamped in Paris when I go there in a couple of months! (The LV store in Montreal doesn't stamp bags ) I love the personalization and since there are so many fakes around, I love that it can completely make sure that NOBODY thinks that you're carrying a fake

I get all my LV's hot stamped if possible (some models like the Artsy or Eva just aren't stampable) for this exact reason. When it seems like every other person on the street is sporting an LV bag or wallet, I think having yours hot stamped reinforces that it's the real thing since only genuine LV items can get stamped. Of course, I also do it because I like having it a bit special and because I have no intention of reselling my bags/wallets in the future.

I don't know if this has been covered, but you are able to get vintage pieces stamped, depending on store. I went to the LV at Yorkdale Mall (inside Holt's) and I was able to get my vintage Saumur GM hotstamped.

I have hot stamped everything! The technician at my store is wonderful I feel it makes your bag personalised and shuts everyone up who dares to say it's a fake bag

People have made snide comments towards it saying I won't be able to sell it back etc. but a lot of my bags were gifts from the husband so I have no intention of selling them.

I love hot stamping! I too have no intention of parting ways with any of my bags, a feeling that is reinforced in my decision to hot stamp.

I did my NF leaf before I was married & did a luggage tag with my married initials. Love! My vote is to do it ❤️
