Yes, I placed the SO at the end of October 2020, if my memory serves me right and the bag was made by March this year.
Zurich boutique is regularly open Monday-Saturday (this week minus Thursday as it is a bank holiday). Good luck!
The Zurich store is open as usual (just not on public holidays and Sunday).
To everyone who replied to my questions on Hermes Basel, I would like to thank you for sharing your experience and encouragement. As @Tasha1 mentioned, the SA took me seriously and really helped me to get what I want. It was a very positive experience for me, beyond what I expected. I think my problem was that, the store is so small and there’s always people lining up outside and I felt bad if I wasted SA's time so the experience was rushed but you are right. Nothing to be afraid of as long as one is serious and comes prepared. Now the teaser... when I am ready, there will be a reveal . In the meantime, keep safe and healthy!

I spoke to two different SAs in Geneva last week. They both said that we have to create our b/k wish list with our home store and wish list is only for people with local address and that’s the rule for all Swiss stores.Has COVID changed the fact that b/k are for locals only at Swiss stores? I am taking a trip to Switzerland and wondering if it’s worth a try at all (looking for some shoes, cashmere coat, and a K28). Thanks everyone!
This worked for me. I went in late in 2020 and said I wanted a Kelly sellier 28 in Rose extreme, it came in June 2020. Then I asked for a birkin 25 in togo bleu nuit after the Kelly, and it came in three weeks ago. You need to have an account (e.g. you need to have made a purchase recent-ish), and talk to your SA about what you want. It's a bit of a long game.
Yes. That’s what I was told: the wish list works and it’s better but only for locals. They do not entertain b/k or tourists anymore.
