Hi, I'm new to this forum & the Hermes game in general and now that I can afford it, I'd like to give it a try. :)
I live in Basel and would be interested in getting a K25 or K28.
  • First q: is it possible to get a B25 or B28 in the Basel store in general? I heard their stock may be rather small. So I'm guessing they would need to order maybe from a different store? Does anyone have experience with purchasing a bag in this store in general? (In the last 2-3 years especially)
  • Second q: if the Basel store is not ideal for this, I would consider going to the Zurich store. However, I heard they prioritise locals. Now, do they prioritise locals from Zurich (Canton) or Switzerland? (Obviously I'm asking because I'm based in Basel..)
  • Third q: does anyone have experience with the SAs in the Basel shop? how are they?

    Regarding the bag, leatherwise I'm quite flexible, but colour-wise not really. I would like to get a bag in "noir" or "sakura" (alternatively rose confetti, rose dragee and I guess the rose shades & sakura are quite popular :(). I would also accept green colours: vert anis, sauge, pistache.

    I'm hoping to get some feedback here. thanks in advance!!

Q1. A B28 does not exist, the next size up is B30. Anything is possible, it depends on your relationship with your SA.

Q2. They will ask for an address for your profile - if it is not in Zurich...it will be quite obvious you are not a true local. Whether that harms you or not is dependent on your relationship with your SA.

Q3. I suggest you visit the shop to see for yourself. Every person is different so rapports are also different.
