Go resale route. I dont know where you live but in Switzerland you can get pre-loved for quite good price. Currently there is a B30 in Orange for 10K for example. That is the same as retail price. As said, the colors/leather you want are not the most popular so you should find something at a decent price. In boutique with no spending history, you will wait forever.

I thought about that,but still,bags in pristine or really good shape are twice as expensive than in the shop. So if I'd choose I'd spend some money in Hermes (scarves,wallets,belts) instead. Anyway,for a leather appointment,do you ask for an appointment in Zurich store online,or you should ask for it in person (in the store)?

You have to ask in the store !
Again you might spend 10 other thousands francs in other departements and still not being granted a bag in the specs you want or even a bag at all !
With resale at least you get exactly what you want !
Hey guys, anyone recently purchase any touch lizard products in CH?
I bought a touch alligator and they provided me with cites certification that I always bring during my travel.
But when I bought lizard I was informed they don’t provide cites certification? after communicating a few times they’re trying to request it for me. I am curious if boutique no longer give the copy for lizard products.
Anyone have the same experience?

I just know that Cities are necessary for lizard and croc. That‘s so odd. I got one with my lizard bag. Stay on it because this could cause problems while traveling.
Thank you for your reply, yes I will follow up with the boutique. Switzerland is not my forever home so I will relocate in the future, I just don’t want to get into trouble with customs.

Me, I prefer only speak on my own experience as with friends and Hermes….can never know if the truth is indeed so ! For SO arrive in 2024…it was made in ‘22, ‘23 or maybe even before. My question is for 2024 and 2025 SO. Do you have personal experience at Lausanne making SO in 2024? Thanks! Hermes Geneva was cute, not crowded, and had a small selection of RTW for men and women along one wall. But, I’ve seen most of the RTW already and it wasn’t current SS collection. What I thought was interesting was that the RTW SA, who was nice and friendly, said that some sizes were still expected to come in from last season. But, I didn’t ask about bags (and I’m not looking for anything in particular) . Will be in Paris later this month and I have an appt with my SA there.
ETA: at this stage, I’m looking for RTW not bags, so it’s a bit different.

Actually I did not consider spending as a criteria as I was told the store is small and not possible to take SO for futre. Did you make SO before?I personally would trust my friends more than some SA’s

It has been mentioned several times on the feed but Quota Bags are for Locals only and based on a wishlist !
Some stores even restricted the wishlist to people having a primary residence in the same city/canton as the boutique so for exemple if you live in Zurich you will be refused a wishlist in Geneva !
As a tourist you can maybe score a non quota bag if lucky
