Hi everyone! I got some close family members in Zurich and I want Hermes Birkin 25. Long story short,I wanted to ask my cousin to get me a Hermes Birkin 25 from the Hermes Zurich. A SPECIFIC one (my choice of leather and colour). Sooo I wanted to ask you guys what is the possibility of getting a Birkin this way: to ask for an appointment with the SA in Hermes Zurich,tell her my wishes and (possibly) get my wanted Birkin? What are the odds?

Hermès Zurich is very competitive, they only sell to locals or high high highhhh spenders. So the odds are extremely low to be honest. Especially for smaller sizes they usually only consider regular customers. Why not try the Paris system instead? I think your chances are higher there.
My cousin is a local. So I guessed the odds would be pretty high. And as far as I know,you make an appointment with your SA there and make a wish about your wanted bag and wait. I just dont know does it work like that or? And do you make an appointment via their website or you should visit their store in person to schedule an appointment? How long does it take? And are Birkin 25s in pink shade rare to find? Is this mission impossible?

Depending on your purchase history the wait can vary but is generally 2/3 years, especially for small sizes !If you are after a specific combo it even might never come !
I will suggest you go the resale route if you are looking after a specific one as you might never be able to get your hands on it in Boutique, at least if you are not a big spender at Hermes !
To be honest I want Birkin 25 in either Rose Sakura or Rose Confetti. With palladium hardware,swift leather. I would say not under 2-3 years and many regular visits to the boutique. In paris with a leather appointment maybe but I usually see 30s offered for first timers.
Even for a local? Wow that's insane. And last question (I don't wanna be too pushy with my questions) what about Orange 25 in Swift,Chevre or Clemence? With golden hardware? Is it that hard to find it? And what about if you're very very lucky? What's your minimum waiting time?
Being a local doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get a bag, as there are so many people on the wishlists. Based on my personal experience and my friends who have shopped at Hermès for several years, we all have a purchase history, and regularly buy H products, which I believe affects the deciding factor in getting a quota bag. Sometimes, a few people get lucky and manage to get a bag with very minimal spending, but mostly have to wait for awhile.
If the bag you want is in a very specific size (like the highly desirable B25) and color, I would say it would be very hard to get. I’d definitely suggest that if you’re not interested in buying other items at Hermès, you should consider going to the reseller or secondhand route. The secondhand market is currently down—I got a Constance exotic for close to retail price, because I know there’s no guarantee that I’ll get that exact bag, color, leather at the boutique.

Average wait for my bags were 2 years, it is size 28/30 and I am a regular customer with quite decent purchase history !
The smaller sizes I got them in Paris with leather appointment lottery system !

At the airport in Geneva there was an etoupe Victoria 35, Garden party in dark green 30 and a Roulis. I think this more than what I’ve seen in other airport boutiques.
