Nice! You know when I turned down the K35 which was on Wed, SA told me if I were there on Mon, they would have a "free" K28 for tourists. So you never know. I was also offered a Bolide 27 in swift Vermillion color but it's too similar to Rouge Casaque.

Remember to call the Gstaad store before your visit. Good luck!

Hi All,

I was looking through the Hermes locations via their website. I noticed that the Hermes boutiques in Chamonix and Courmayeur are no longer listed.

Can anyone confirm if these stores have closed?

I have to say as a regular I was hoping my Geneva boutique will find a replacement for my second stinky bag. It seems that is not the case. I may soon be changing boutiques. Super disappointed at the moment.

Oh no, I am sorry to hear that. Two skunk bags is very unlucky. I cant believe they arent handling it well! Can you take it to Paris or Lyon?

Thanks HavLab. Yeah, I was so angry and sad. I specifically asked the SM and got her confirmation that the same colour bag will be my replacement. I even offered them different skin choices in case there was a problem. But they were so reassuring. That was a time where I was offered the same colour bag in chevre in another store.
Now my store has completely changed positions. I wish I could take my bag somewhere else. But it is long gone.
It is just so sad how quality of service has gone down, and how even their regulars are treated so poorly. I will update more if I change to another swiss store. I guess some others who commented on the poor treatment in my store may not be far off from the truth.
Hopefully my store will be kind, but who knows.

Any scores from any Hermes stores in Switzerland, would like to hear any kind of updates but particularly with K and B ! Will be traveling to Zurich, Geneva, Bern and lucerne in early july ! Any lovely members know hows stock is like during that time frame, and is it still possible get K and B as a walk in ?

I would say you have zero chance of getting one of those bags as a walk in at the Luzern store. They are reserved for local clientele--

I will be in Switzerland at the end of June and hoping to get Lindy 26 in clemence. Can you share with me how much is it in Swiss franc? I will be in Zurich, Lausanne, Lucern, Geneva etc and might be visiting Strasbourg as well.

This thread has been so helpful! In early May, I am heading to Geneva for a blogger trip sponsored by Geneva Tourism. Of course I have to do some H research before my trip haha.

I have seen a mixture of reviews of the Geneva location- some walk ins were very lucky. Does anyone know about rodeo stock? Thanks in advance!

It's 5900 CHF for L26 Clemence :) Price in Euro is generally cheaper than CHF, but follow the H rules, once you see something you like no matter where, get it as you may not see it again. Hope you'll be able to get something you like!

Geneva is definitely my fav H store! I think they have quite a good stock generally but like all other store, you still have to bet on your luck. If you're lucky you may be able to get one in Geneva airport too! The multi-colored rodeo was on display and of course without any hesitation I bought it :) Good luck!

Thank you so much!! The multi-colored one is the one I'm specifically looking for. No luck at my home store or anywhere else. It gives me hope that you saw it on display. This was at the Gevena airport, right?

Can someone please tell me the price of a Birkin 25 Togo leather in Switzerland? Is there a chance of getting one in Zurich boutique, given that I live here but haven't bought anything from Hermes. I'm only interested in that size. I was considering going to Paris but after reading all the queueing stories in the Paris shopping thread I think I stand no chance there. I'm not willing to queue for hours for an appointment. Thank you.
