It's 5900 CHF for L26 Clemence  Price in Euro is generally cheaper than CHF, but follow the H rules, once you see something you like no matter where, get it as you may not see it again. Hope you'll be able to get something you like!

Geneva is definitely my fav H store! I think they have quite a good stock generally but like all other store, you still have to bet on your luck. If you're lucky you may be able to get one in Geneva airport too! The multi-colored rodeo was on display and of course without any hesitation I bought it  Good luck!
Thank you very much for your info. A bit more pricey in Switzerland than Euro zone (nearly 600 euro) but as you suggested the H rules, I should grab one if I am lucky to find it in Switzerland rather than try my luck in France. Yesterday my friend visited Munich store to check it for me, only L30 available; however, they are reserved anyway.

Have a good day

You're absolutely right! You might not save much, but you'll get it for sure :) Good luck scoring one! Which store are you aiming to hit and which colour are you looking for?

Thank you for your good wishes, Yukisara. Since I will be travelling to many cities so I will try to visit every H store (Zurich, Basel, Lausanne, Geneva, Lucern) including H boutique in Strasbourg as I ever heard that they have good stocks. As I don't dress up much therefore my preference is light color and I am falling in love with Gris M and bleu saphir but I think these colors are difficult to find.

Here is what I have learned as a regular and local customer. Popular bags will be reserved for locals, hence they get to see them first and decide if they want them. Popular bags doesn't equate to popular sizes or colours on TPF or IG. It helps to have a history (record) within the past 6 months. It also helps if you are going to Swiss more often, then you can create this relationship. Still think Paris is easier and even a lot of Swiss go there for bags. K 25 is around 8K, B30 is around 8.5K, B35 around 10K, Constance 18 around 6.5K. The ostrich K25, B30 are around 17K. The K wallet gator around 10K. The prices of jewelry and RTW are higher than in Paris. The VAT is 8%. If you shop for more items etc it is cheaper in Paris plus the VAT is greater.

Hiiiii
Its been aaages since i've been on pf but had to dig up my account to let y'all know the Lucerne store will be closing in September so they are putting their inventory on sale. They already have some items listed at 35% off (change trays and other porcelain pieces) - I don't have all the info but interested folks in Switzerland can call or pass by the store to find out whats available.

Haaappy hunting!!

Would you have an SA that you could share for Geneva's store please?
My very close friend is a Geneva's local and would love her to try get me a Kelly before she flies to melbourne at the end of this month.
Thank you in advance. :)

I will be in Zurich this Monday thru Wednesday and Geneva Wednesday thru Friday. I wanted to pick up a few things and maybe try my luck for a Bag. Would appreciate any SA recommendations. TIA! [emoji8]

Sorry, I'm no longer at that store and my SA is gone. Most have changed. I would go with whichever SA makes your friend feel good. It's all about having a good feeling.

I wish I could help but again the SA I knew in Zurich moved. I hope you find a bag there. Let us know how it is there.

Hi everyone! We just moved from LA to Zurich, and I had most of my purse collection shipped by air (rather than freight), thinking it would be safer. All my bags got crushed and are all structurally damaged with creases - the packer "carefully" (sarcastic sad smile) placed each one (unwrapped, without stuffing them) at the bottoms of multiple boxes then loaded the boxes with clothes and shoes. I know y'all can sympathize with me as - there were about 12 bags that I had carefully collected over the years during trips to Europe, bday presents, etc. - including Chanel, Prada, YSL, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Dior...

The good news is that insurance will reimburse me, and with a portion of the proceeds I am thinking of finally purchasing a Hermes Birkin 35 togo in black palladium (my crushed YSL black grained leather sac de jour w silver hardware had been a less satisfying but cheaper alternative).

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to approach? I have only bought leather bracelets and a watch in the past, and reading this blog is stressful - LOL! Should I...

- visit the local Hermes store in Zurich, share my sad story to see if a SA takes pity on me, and try to see if they have some sort of wait list?
- or should I try going to Paris FSH, which is only 1 hour 20 min from me?
- if I strike out in Paris, do they have a wait list?

Also, I would love to hear how the new online appointment system works at FSH - I noticed you have to have a code to access the page online.

Thanks everyone - your advice is very much appreciated!

Hello, I just moved to Zurich and am interested in buying my first B35 in black/palladium (which I know may be difficult to get). Is Paris easier than Zurich because there are more bags available?

If you are a Swiss resident (US citizen), purchase a bag Paris and bring it back to Switzerland, can you claim the European VAT refund? But then I assume you have to declare the bag at customs in Switzerland because it is over $800?

Hello. Sorry about your bags. That's the problem with oversees shipping which I've done so often. As for swiss refund. If you are a Swiss resident (no matter citizenship) then in order to get the refund you need to declare the amount of your good (bag) pay 8% and then you will get the French refund which depends on the company that is used. For most it's 13% and sometimes the shop directly debits you the refund but you still need to pass via border and get the proper stamp and pay the Swiss tax.

As for getting a bag. I would definitely read on the H history, the different leather types, the hardware etc so that the SA can see you are enthusiastic about the brand overall.

I don't have an idea about the Zurich store so maybe others will be more helpful.
