Only one, oh dear.:shucks:....but yes, that's a good plan (and I'm over the limit already). And my ban means no more trips to local H store for the summer, which is so sad--they are so nice to me, and everything is just so--perfect!!

As for my ebay habit, well, fortunately the paypal account is linked to DH's checking account, and not the joint one, so since I've announced the ban to him, suspect he'll keep me on the straight and narrow.

Ahem :shame:. I have already bought 5 this Summer so I guess the question is which for A/W? :p I'm betting on the large Tigre Royal Pointu as the one, but then I also luv others like the red/green Cam EL and the one I can't remember the name of but has Chinese animals inc a panda (gld cw) and then there are the vintage fashion plate 70s :nuts:.

Once I bag the Kelly it doesn't matter so much, so it could be the TR to get me to Christmas and after the bag what ever I can find and afford. Like you I love my scarves so much.

BTW 'my' on-line pay-pal account is really my BF's so I have to OK everything with him first. I have my ownd cards of course :graucho:

Hello everyone :D

I decided that I am going to take the plunge and buy my first H and I am deciding between the 30 and 35 and between a brown color or black birkin. I am hoping to be able to get it in October YAY!!!! Saving is the hardest part because I when I want something I want it right away LOL

It is so hard to save! I probably could have had either a Kelly and a Birkin by now if I had been able to resist other purchases. I recently bought a pair of Hermes boots and a shawl. Other than a Lena Horn necklace and perhaps a Twilly, I think I am done purchasing H for the year. I *should* be able to get my Birkin early next year. We'll see...

Well I guess I made my descision for my 1 scarf as I bought it today (EL Cam) so that's it now, no more till post Kelly, whatever else comes in store.

I also went to the H sale and everyone would have been proud of me I didn't buy a single thing :balloon:. After all the croc jacket was already on hold for another customer :nuts:

Croc jacket? I am lost for words.

I am on a ban. An extreme ban. Hopefully I will be able go get a Kelly this summer, so I have saved up my money. I need to stay strong and not touch it. Maybe I should leave my card at home when I go out? Yes. Indeed I will.

So, DH says to me yesterday, well, maybe I should go in (to our local H) with you, so that I can see what you mean (about sizes, leathers, Brikin v. HAC, do I NEED a picotin).....very helpful, that fellow, but I fear the ban may not stand.:happydance:

Hello all! It's my first post here on the H subforum....but I've been lurking for a couple weeks now. I've decided to finally save and get a Kelly. It probably won't be until next year or until 2012 because I just got engaged and have to save up for the wedding. This is a great thread...glad I found it!

Nice to see this thread. Is really very difficult to decide which bag to start off, I mean 'entry' model; I really dare not lust for Kelly or Birkin.

My 1st H item is Her-line pochette, follow by a PM & MM Foures Tout. Also have a toile pouch pair with LV strap which I use as a sling bag.

Only this year I purchased my 1st 70cm scarves.
I know more things to come, I'm going to Paris next mth:yahoo:

hi i am mery, after years of just looking and avoid to even think about it , its finally happened , i got my first goldchesnut 35 birkin at hermes paris on July 27 2010. lucky me . Thank you to my generous fiance now im all worry to even wear it , i want to keep it nice 4ever wish all of u best of luck too

Although I already own Hermes bags and other goods, I unfortunately have had to turn down a gold 35 togo GHW Birkin. Between the time I ordered it, and the time it arrived, my financial situation has changed and I was unable to purchase it. So now, I am saving for one. I'm upset I had to turn it down but think it was the right decision.
