Where did you find yours?
I would be interested in trying on a pair of the japanese cut boots.
Mine are fitted (but not too tight in the calves) but are tighter in the knees....weird.
I wish they stood perfectly straight but they are begining to slouch. I was told that this is their nature but one slouches more than the other. My OCD reveal...LOL.

I got mine in an Asian store on sale, which is rare but the size was 35.5 and probably difficult to sell. I am not sure if they were display or transferred from other stores for the sale. Have only worn them twice in Hong Kong last autumn and so they are still very stiff. :p

^^ fairygirl I will have to get them out, this is an old photo and my action pics are way too blur for posting. In the end, you need to try them as boots must fit well to be comfortable, not just the size, but the fit at the calves and the height at your knees. Good luck!

I have wanted these boots for years! I've tried them on 100 times and the fit is wrong for me. My foot is too narrow and my calf too small. When I have them on, it looks like I'm standing in buckets.

some ladies are polar opposites ..
sounds like you actually have the best legs for these boots ~ have you tried to wear cushy this socks and since these are best worn w/ pants tucked in ..

I picture you a perfect candidate to model these boots:p

Maybe this "batch" of jumping boots sizes differently that prior seasons because I also had to go down a half size and I always wear a true 37 in H shoes. Strange, isn't it? I think mine were $2200 - $2300 USD?

To give you a sense of how etoupe looks in these boots, compare the color to the ombre bracelets. Also, the Kelly Dog on top is etain. I compared it to my etoupe Toolbox and it is slightly different in tone.

love all your h items. is the new swift jumping boots softer then the old box ones?

Hi shoonik! Yes, I think they are softer, but like any new boot, I had to beat them around a bit to soften them up! Lol.

thanks so much for the quick reply :) i'm still debating on whether i should buy a pair of jumping boots in etoupe since i have one in blk..... looking at your pictures definitely does not help my decision making:p

Thanks and yes, tried with a few pairs of thick wool socks and still have tons of heel slip. I can stand on my tip toes in the boots while the boot remains flat on the ground - does that make sense? My heels should be able to lift that high w/in the boot, right? Would love to know if anybody else has this happen to them! TIA!

I have very thin legs and these are the only boots ever that dont make my legs look like they are standing in buckets.
