Thanks for sharing! The pastries on the tableware look so elegant! Wish I can be in London!
Pleasure! ::cutesy: The pastries taste good too! ;)

I wasn't aware there was a store at T5...I thought only T3 had an H. That's good news if there are multiple locations now!
Yes, H opened at T5 towards the end of 2015 if I'm not mistaken. There's also a Chanel now at T5. (So that's both H and Chanel at T3 and T5.)

Has anyone bought a B / K at any of the London boutiques? My mum wants her first H bag, and she's aiming for a K. Does anyone have any tips / recommended SAs? There's nothing much on success stories or any other H stories on London boutiques. :(

You mean as a walk in client? I have heard it is possible but not seen it personally. I tend to think a purchase history is very much required, hence the lack of success stories. Try in the morning and at as many stores as possible. I don't think any particular SA is going to be easier, I think depends on whether there is a bag available to new customers. Best of luck!

Yeah, as a walk in client. I think she's bought some things from them. That's what I'm aiming to do, but knowing my mum, the slightest sign of rudeness unpleasant treatment turns her off and she'll just drop everything and leave [emoji23] Just wishing there was a special formula to get a B / K / C so it'd be easier on people. But then again would these bags be as sought after.. 🤔 Thanks for your reply though! Hopefully I'll report back with a successful story!

Please does that mean if I walk into the H store with my money, they would not sell HB to me....I am trying to buy one but Heathrow does not sell HB except at boutique in London.....Need comments on how to buy 30"HB.....

Haven't tried this personally but Heathrow Personal Shopper have told me in past they are able to order special items for their clients through the DF boutiques. If they get the item you have to prepay with a cc which was outside my comfort zone so I know no more about this process. No charge for the shoppers and you get Heathrow points as well as the DF price.

Good luck!

The new H in T5 seems very nice but didn't notice any B or K last week but they wouldn't be on display if there were any.

Hello everyone! No success on scoring a B/K, but thought I'd check in to do a little update.

Received some PMs/DMs telling me to check out the H on New Bond St. So we did, today. This is the first time I've been back since their renovation. Have to say it's incredibly huge, spans over two floors now. Mum, sis and I headed over after surprisingly scoring some sale items from the Chanel store next door. Am I the only one who noticed that the security guards / assistants at H don't open or hold doors for customers anymore? Odd. [emoji848] Not a big deal, but I do believe in good customer service.

Anyway, the minute we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and "Good morning!"s, even by the security guard, who was looking at items himself [emoji15]. Quite the opposite treatment we got before (ignorance, glares, judgy looks, etc.). Went straight up to the leather goods section and browsed. Quite a number of exotics. Black croc Kelly wallet with GHW (beauty!), few exotic Jiges. And the usual.. Jypsiere, GP, no B/Ks.. All of that. Thought we saw an electric blue B being offered. Turns out it was a customer's. Browsed and left. The section upstairs was not busy at all, yet no help from SAs, so we got out of there. Mum was ready to bolt for the doors (she hates how H selectively treats customers).

The Selfridges H, on the other hand.. SUPER HELPFUL! As plenty of tPFers were telling me to, I (sort of?) built a relationship with an SA there. Not just a normal SA, the SM! She was rather helpful, friendly, pleasant, eager to help and not fake at all. We bonded over studying the same degree at university.

The other SAs, were friendly, but seemed quite fake.

We saw a man in front looking at an Etoupe 36 GP, and we were eyeing it. A few other customers were eyeing the same GP too. We saw another man buying a(n) Herbag. Mum picked up shoes, and we asked our SA (or SM rather) for Jiges, if they had them. She was really genuine and said they had run out because they sell like hotcakes. When we asked about the same GP shown to the man, and if we could have a look at it, she checked the system and asked if we were just looking or seriously buying. She was sort of hinting to us that perhaps we shouldn't make them find it in the store if we weren't sure if we were going to buy it. I would say they do have plenty of GPs given her reaction to that, and maybe even more bags in the store? I don't know. She was still incredibly helpful, and the way she asked if we were serious about the bag wasn't at all offensive; you could tell that it was an honest question and not a "can you even afford it" question.

Overall, our experience there was incredible, and the SM even joked around with us. Bit of fresh air if you ask me, considering I've been snubbed plenty of times before by H SAs. Gave us her name card, and will definitely be coming back to her for more H goodies.

Just realised we have had a price increase in the UK! Certainly on SLGs... The kelly long wallet in Epsom currentl on the website has gone from £2200 to £2220 and the tutti-frutti have gone from £500 to £530!

Interesting... I checked the 2016 prices thread and the Kelly wallet is £2220 back in February. So, it's back to the initial price prior to slight price decrease when the € fell against the £. The bags and silks however are showing the same prices for now. Something to check with my SA when I see her next! ;)
