Many of you said you wore casual. What about the bag you were carrying? I'll be traveling to London soon in super comfy outfit and a backpack. My outlook must be not impressing. I'm not hoping for a B or K but a Evelyne. Is it difficult to get one?

There's usually Evelynes on display. If not, do ask, they likely have some at the back. It's a matter of finding the colour you'd want. ;) Good luck! :flowers:

If you dress super casual I'd try Selfridges and Harrods. SA at the boutiques can be snotty, but at department stores they're more laid back.

I've looked an absolute fright going into Harrods and had the most perfect service ( from Angela ) - they are super busy so best time to go is first thing in the morning I think. Harrods is used to catering for the foot -slogging tourist as well as the super rich so don't feel dismayed if you have less than perfect self-presentation that day.

Kellys and Birkins are not often to be seen but there is no harm in asking. The most Kellys I've seen on display have been in Bond Street and Selfridges. Again Selfridges won't bat an eylid is you turn up in ripped jeans and filthy sneakers. The atmosphere in Bond Street is much less frenetic but the very well-heeled queue for attention there. It is a beautiful space since the refurbishment but you might feel it has a bit more of the French froideur about it - I love it all the same.

Thanks a lot for the replies!

What about Heathrow Terminal 5? Does it has many selection? Again, I'm hoping for Evelyne 29, knowing that it is next to impossible to ask for B or K as a new customer. And what about if I call in advance? Would it increase my chance?

According to my experience , airport will never receive b/ k. But they will receive Constance ! Good luck.

Hi, does anyone know if Harrods By Appointment service will help Black tier member source B/K? And if yes, how long it takes and how much premium they would charge (if any)

No, I am afraid Harrods By Appointment does not reserve Birkins or Kellys for customers. I believe Hermes at Harrods prefers to offer bags directly to their customers

Hi I'm new to this forum. I'll be traveling to London next week and would love to get a Kelly wallet, preferably in purple, just wondering which store will have a higher chance of getting it. And will they stock any at Heathrow T3?

All the boutiques are reasonably close to one another, so you should be able to get around them all. Harrods had a croc one in on Thursday, but the likelihood of finding purple is pretty slim. I think Selfridges had poppy orange last week.
Best of luck in finding what you want, though.

Saw a few in exotic and leather on display for sale at H Sloane Street and Harrods. The colors were blue and black. Heathrow Airport T3 is a rather small store, but they do have wallets.
