My SA has told me Hermes Femme at Harrod's has their own bag wishlist and SO allocations separate from downstairs. I have been lucky to be shown some really exceptional bags upstairs. They can cross-sell other items from downstairs, they work together with their colleagues there. I cannot comment regarding Hermes porcelain/ St Louis/ Puiforcat at Harrod's Home.

Thanks for your comments. I think I will move my wishlist to femme store then. I’ve placed mine in CP for some silly reasons. Do you know if I need to go to CP to cancel my wishlist, or I could ask my harrods SA to cancel it and place it again in harrods? Thank you in advance.

Oh gosh I have no idea. I don't put multiple wishes in. Why not stick to Cadogan if you already have a good history there? Femme is very new they don't have as big a budget as a very established CP and you might have start over. Just my advice.

Does this count in the pre-spend in that particular store and your SA in that store?

Thanks for the advice. I actually only purchased once at CP. Most spent are in harrods. I’ve heard you can make only one wish at one store in UK. Guess I’ll need to cancel my wish at CP and make a new one in harrods...

No, online purchases that you make yourself do not count towards your purchase history with any stores or SA (collecting in store doesn’t change this). SAs can however place online orders for you if you are physically in the store, and this might help your purchase history although I’m not too sure about this.

I've had a wish in place since Nov last year and haven't had it fulfilled yet. It's for a K 25 or 28 in either blue/purple/green. Had originally placed it for a B but changed it in April to Kelly. It expires end of this month and might renew it elsewhere given it seems this store doesn't receive much stock.

Hope others are getting more luck with their wish lists being fulfilled!

My first wish was for a 35 Birkin in burgundy colours or dark greens or greys and this expired after 8 months. My SA said nothing came in. Like @maxroxxherhandbags said, it seems large bags aren’t coming in that often at all. I’ve changed my wish to a 28/32 Retourne Kelly as that is probably a bit more practical for me right now and I’ll wish for the B35 again another time.
