Yes, she’s been lovely at every appointment and has offered to do a store transfer for an item but it’s been 6 weeks so not sure if that will turn up either. Only Harrods had it in stock so not sure they do store transfers with Harrods.

I’ve bought the things I didn’t want to miss out on from H.com and now I’ll just have to be patient with going in every so often and hoping to get lucky with the rest. I’m out of season for a few items already, like a bikini and sandals

Harrod's sometimes does not respond or will not release the item. Again tends to be due to the current stock shortage.

Hi everyone! When I made my wishlist at NBS and the SA told me I could make another one anywhere else I lived and shop elsewhere too. I discovered the Garden Party and really like it so I am thinking of going to my local boutique in the south west of France to buy it through my mum for Christmas. I am wondering if it will hurt my already extremely low chance of getting my wish (Birkin 35) and therefore I should wait after my wish expires? I have 0 purchase history/no previous spend and don't want to play that game. Thank you!

You need to stick to one style bag. Then you can choose multiple sizes, leathers, hardware and colours. You can also choose bag structure preferences retourne / sellier.

How many colours you can pick seem to depend on the boutique; I've seen 1 store say 'you can list as many colours as you wish', another 'max 3 colours!'. Not that it increases the odds I don't think

Oh yes it does depend on the store. And also @jh88 FYI the colours are in group categories so if you wanted for example: Craie, Rouge de Coeur or Bleu Nuit they will select the family of whites, reds and blues. So you may be offered a different shade within that family. You can tell them to make a note of specific shades you have a liking to

I told my SA when we created my mothers wish that we like Vert Amande, Menthe and Vert Jade under the family of greens. They make a note and when we received the email she was offered Vert Amande.

So, I’ve just put on my new wish and apparently now one has to choose a style only, a size only, 3 family of colours max, 1 option of leather, 1 option of hardware.

The prices for both chèvre and Epsom sellier are in the list in GBP; if you're looking for retourné in another leather, it will be a bit less than Epsom sellier, which is £7,740 (sellier being more expensive, Epsom being just a bit less expensive).

Hi everyone,I put my name on the wish list system 8 months ago which expired so I renewed it, however I amended my top three colours order & believe it created a ‘new’ wish? Does the amount of wishes / renewed wishes affect the possibility of a bag offer? I’m just wondering with it being a ‘new’ wish it may look like I hadn’t made one previously, if it even counts for anything in the process? Thank you

I actually asked my sales associate about this when I last saw him. I wanted to add/amend a few colours on my list and specifically asked if my wish will start again and lose the last few months of waiting which he said yes that would happen. I didn’t go ahead with amending it and told him I’m happy with my colours anyway. They will know your wish history and how many times you’ve renewed it. They do endeavour to fulfill your wish but if it’s really restricted to colours, leathers etc it may take longer than usual. What did you put for your wish?

Thank you for your response! It sounds like you did the best thing not going ahead and amending it! Hopefully it won’t go out of my favour too much by creating a new one. I’ve been quite vague with my colour choices which again I’m not sure if it maybe won’t go in my favour but the truth is I quite like the idea of a surprise. I went for shades of green apart from limes, pink & red.

She was also able to take me downstairs so I could buy some small leather goods I was looking for. Overall Hermes Femme is such a great department and they offer amazing service especially comparing with super busy ground floor.

Is you SA at Hermes Femme still can bring you downstairs to pick products recently? How about 5th floor tableware? I met a really nice SA on first floor recently, purchased from her several times and would love to stay with her. But she told me she’s unable to get transfer for items on other floors as they are independent stores. I like many categories items from Hermes, and shop quite often at harrods especially for Hermes tableware and homeware. But very confusing if I don’t buy these from the same SA, will that be counted for my quota bag pre-spend?
