Which store is best depends on what you’re looking to buy? Generally New Bond Street is the biggest and thus has the most stock, but Harrods has dedicated women’s RTW (1st floor) and porcelain (3rd floor). There are queues at the stores especially on weekends and the wait can be 2 hours, so yes I’d suggest making an appointment prior to your visit.

Royal Exchange is a tiny store (smallest in the world in fact) and only open between Mondays-Fridays.

I will try to make an appointment at New Bond Street. I'm looking to buy the H blanket and pillows, do you know if Harrods carry those?

I’m traveling to London in September and wondering if I’d be able to find a mini Roulis.. my sister was there in May and wasn’t able to find one though she only looked in Harrods. I suppose I might have a better chance at NBS.

You can call the Hermes UK Customer Service number and ask them to check stock on these items for you, depending on availability you might also be able to reserve them which will save time at your visit :smile:

I think it actually makes sense. 1) they are not being able to fulfill wishes in a 8 months period anyway; 2) expectations can be better managed; 3) they can transition to the 1 QB per year like it seems to be the most likely next update to happen.
From my side, I have no hope of getting more than 1 offer an year anymore, if so.

As a tourist i visited bond street and selfridges store yesterday and don’t know how you locals do it. I know it is a Saturday but the lack of slg, shoes and how busy they both were really makes me appreciate my store more. My family was shocked i left with nothing I felt i could use though i already bought my hermes souvenir in paris airport that morning. I do love both hermes display purses there- a lot of beautiful eye candy.

Maybe i will find something in the other stores that i will love.

Hi l really want to get Kelly to go or mini Evelyne my friend said if l buy fine jewellery or rtw l could get this sooner from my Sa ?Currently my sa know l want those bags and will keep an eye out ,but will that speed up a process
