Hello everyone, I am new to the H world. I was hoping to get some feedback on my recent visit to create a wishlist. I was assigned a lovely SA who sat us down gave us drinks and went through the process. I said my dream is a B/K25 in neutrals. I chose K25 and she asked if I’d like to add K20 and gave me a K28 to try on so I also added those. She asked if I’d like to add exotics croc or ostrich and if I were open to any other colours to increase my chances so added blues. I said I think I’m being picky lol what happens if I don’t get the bag in 8 months and she said I will get you the bag.. you have followed my advice being open minded and I had a lady collect her K this morning. I explained I want the story boots and K belt to match she loved that. I picked up a K belt anyway and she insisted I wait for the bag to arrive so I can match it altogether which surprised me! I told her I wanted one anyway will be buying more colours in the near future. She also gave me her card before we left. I was really happy with the experience since I had read about it being rather intimidating. What do you guys do after making your wish? :smile:

How lovely! So good to hear a positive experience. May I ask which boutique you went to? Fingers crossed a bag appears within your wish list time frame!

I recently placed a wish there and was of course told it will be very unlikely to be fulfilled given it's the smallest shop etc etc. However you never know!

Appreciate any of your insights. It's convenient for me to pop in in between office hours.
FYI if anyone is interested, they had an adorable Kelly backpack in Gold.

Otherwise very tempted to make a trip to Paris next year to try my luck there.

I know a lady got a b25 in raisin from that store .But that was before covid though.

NBS never worked for me either, despite my best efforts, nice to see it does for others though

Does anyone know if the SA/the store gets the credit if they order stuff from the website for you when you are in the store and pay there? Just wondering as you’re not buying from their store stock although you still pay in store and the SA places the order for you :huh:

Wahey. I'm so tempted to take my B35 back to them and get it wrapped so that I can open it for Christmas instead! LOL, that's probably a level of extra that I shouldn't be aspiring to though...

I'm glad I got a white bag though, the big orange box is a target enough as it is!

Take it! This precious bag deserves to have its own box and ribbon to be kept in!
