Anyone had any experiences with the smallest H shop in the world (London Royal Exchange branch in the city)? It's really cute and has a nice cosy feel to it. I recently placed a wish there and was of course told it will be very unlikely to be fulfilled given it's the smallest shop etc etc. However you never know!

Appreciate any of your insights. It's convenient for me to pop in in between office hours.
FYI if anyone is interested, they had an adorable Kelly backpack in Gold.

Otherwise very tempted to make a trip to Paris next year to try my luck there.
I used to work in the City, and I used to pop in every other day when I was stalking a new Rodeo LOL! The stocks are limited especially for leather goods, but it is a little orange haven in the City if you need your fix haha!

Did the SA say this to you?

What bag are you after? I still find it odd that the SA would be so… frank
I wasn't asking for anything exceptionally rare, just looking to try purchase my first Hermes bag, which for me would need to be a B30 or 25 in a dark neutral tone. Not fussy about hardware or leather type. That doesn't sound unreasonable in my eyes...
May I ask which boutique have you had the best experience in getting wish list items?

It’s nice to have hope, and you’ll always hear stories of people who get their dream bag with little/no spend, but what you want is also what a lot of other high spending customers want, I don’t see anything wrong with RE setting your expectations that you may have to be very patient.

Point taken and agree I will need to play the waiting game given I am an "entry level" customer who has not had a high spending figure tagged to my name YET.
I will also tempt my luck with visits to H boutiques in France going forward.

Hope for the best, but manage your expectations. I will say that I got my first Birkin (a B40) back in 2016 as a walk-in customer with no purchase history at the Sloane Street boutique, so miracles can happen! But there are so many variables to the equation that it's difficult to predict anything.

Fingers crossed for you!

It's the jewel in the crown.

I do know someone who got her wish from that store.
a Black 25cm birkin in the summer. I didn't ask what her spend was because things like that don't interest me.
And because I know everyone's experience is very different.
