Hi ladies
Regarding wish lists. Just wondering if anyone has been asked to “refresh” their wish lists so far this year. Or do they just carry on from last year? I remember I was asked to refresh my wish list in January last year but I was visiting the store. Obviously not been able to this year due to lockdown. I am in touch with my SA but there has been no mention of it. Do I sit and wait?

Wishes expire after 8 months I was told (if you’re referring to the wish system in place for B/K/C), so if you haven’t got a bag from your wish within that time, you need to submit a new wish :smile:

Yeh I got one bag from the wish list... I should to wait to be asked for a new wish list right? Probably have to wait to see my SA in person?

Congrats! Which bag did you get? :loveeyes: Re. whether you can only submit a new wish in person: this is the protocol if one has never submitted a wish before, but I’m not sure if it is different if you’ve previously done so. Your SA should be able to advise though!No harm in asking:smile:

I got a Constance in deep blue! I love it. I didn’t want to ask, but I guess I could make a small hint in my next email to my SA. Wish me luck!

they do through Personal shopping or you could WhatsApp your SA there and I'm sure they would do it

Thanks for sharing the information. I don't have a SA there and would really appreciate if anyone could recommend a SA there who will do oversea shipping for scarves.
If the chance is slim, do you mind sharing more information about the personal shopping or directing me to the related thread and/or website? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
