I submitted my wishlist at the end of September last year. No offer yet. When I checked my wishlist with my SA last week I was told that in case they fullfill it during lockdown they can have it shipped to me. However if you wish to make any changes on your wish it will need to do it in store once they’re reopened.

How did you SA respond when you emailed him? I'd also like to let me SA know which quota bag I'm hoping for this year but not sure how she'll react and wondering whether it makes more sense to wait until I can see her in person (I was offered a quota bag end of last year so can't see any scenario where I'd be offered another one during lockdown especially when I haven't purchased anything since the last bag offer...)

Snap I’m in the same scenario. I decided not to ask my SA via email. And will pop in when stores open. I’ve already asked for a few shoes and non quote bags but not heard anything so thought stock is low!

back in December I went in Selfridges to see my SA and ordered a special order watch. The process was fun and I got to see all available combo on iPad. I saw there were croc straps option and I was thinking about getting croc but SA said they were not allowed exotics anymore. I’m happy with swift watch strap and I placed my order. But my further thoughts and curiosity are... we’re not allowed exotics anymore? No exotic Kelly bracelets, no exotic wallets... and no exotic bags?!!! With a quick google search I found that Selfridges stopped selling exotics so I guess other boutiques are still selling them may be? My question is if I think I really want some exotic pieces, should I change store and start a relationship with a new SA?

Only Selfridges as I understand it - in 2020 Selfridges and other owned stores (such as de Bijenkorf in Amsterdam) discontinued the sale of exotics.

Yes - I saw the signage for the RTW section being prepared when I last visited the store just before the lockdown started. I did not notice any changes to the ground floor Hermes section when I walked past Harrods on Sunday (it is visible through one of the doors)
