No one is ever fast enough for that!
The closest I've ever been to placing an order for a KTG online is adding it to my cart and going to the checkout page, where disappointingly a tiny message then appeared 'This item is out of stock' (though still showed in my cart). It was a KTG in Rose Confetti as well :crybaby:

I know - it’s crazy! I think I will just nudge my SA again seeing that the websites seem to be stocking it up now.

Hi all,
First time poster here and new to H collection since lockdown! I have been reading some diverging views in different threads on whether (or how) web orders could be counted towards purchase history - it seems SA's can see the orders (but in different profile) placed online but to qualify for the "wait-game" one needs to start in store. Obviously given the lockdown I won't be able to pop in boutiques and chat to SA / start a relationship that way - I do wonder whether it's worth me purchasing directly online now or wait till mid-Apr so that I can properly set up my profile and get the ball rolling?

TIA!!

As we are already so close to the stores opening, I would say wait and build your relationship when you go in store. If you’re lucky, you may also be able to create your wish at that point.

I was wondering, do you guys know whether the Kelly to go, Kelly pochette and mini Kelly are also wishlist items? I know the Kelly to go comes up online sometimes but it’s not that often so was wondering if you had any idea as I’m new relatively unfamiliar to the wishlist system and how it works. My SA had to ask permission to sell a picotin to me last week and that’s definitely not a quota bag!

As far as I know, the 'wish' system is only for B/C/K (regular sizes, not to-go, pochette or mini). Which boutique is it that required SM approval for a Picotin?

Mini K is a wishlist item and is one of the hardest bags to get most places, including LON. I’m convinced I only got mine because it’s Box.

My understanding is that the Kelly mini and pochette are both quota bags. I'm not sure about the Kelly to go being a quota bag, but seeing some pop up on the website makes me think it's not!

I was also surprised to hear that SM approval was required for a Picotin, but maybe if stock is particularly low that could explain it!

Thanks, that's what I thought too, great to have second opinion on this - now that I just have to hang in there for one more month!

Thank you for your reply. It was at Harrods. My SA said she had to ask her managers approval before she could advise on the stock/colour options available and that the bag is very popular at the moment. Pre-lockdown they were on the website quite often so I was surprised to hear her say that but also pleased when she told me approval had been granted. Perhaps you are right that it is just a temporary measure in response to low stock levels and the crack down on resellers.

getting ridiculously excited about the prospect of boutiques re-opening... anyone else?
Dear @ladysarah, I wish I was more excited...I actually can’t wait to be able to experience the boutique atmosphere again. However, as for what I’ve seen recently, I’m under the impression that we are all going to be highly disappointed with the stock’s situation. It’s been very hard to find anything to buy, from scarfs to shoes, homeware, jewelry...well, you name it and it will not be there!
