Not sure you are able to change your wishlist without going in person to the store, in any case, you can't have both a Birkin and Kelly on your wishlist, you have to pick one.
Does anyone know if the SA gets a commission when say she requests an item to be transferred from another boutique to her boutique for me to then purchase (so it counts towards my profile)? It seems like a lot of work on the SA's part to facilitate such transfers so I would feel really bad if she didn't get any credit or commission

There’s no individual commission in the UK, only group commission.
So at least the SA's boutique will get the commission (to be shared amongst all SAs in that store)? If so that's not so bad!
Yes I did and my friend got one too。
I managed to update mine, but as pointed out you can only have one type of bag on your wishlist.
If I remember correctly-bearing in mind I placed my wish some months ago-You can only choose one type of bag but you can ask for more than one size-I mentioned to my SA that I wanted a 35 but was really attracted to a 40 despite being told it would be too big and heavy for me (this is the down side of not having sample bags to try!) and my SA said that I could put both sizes as options.
Oh really? Then my SA must have told me the wrong information. Thinking of adding another size now...
I'll second this - I think i chose multiple sizes and multiple colours with multiple hardware options for a birkin . and in the comments section - further elaborated colour options - eg, prefer seasonal neutrals or something to that effect
My SA did let me add 25 to my wish list - she said she will do it when she is in the store on 30th - hopefully this doesn’t put me further down the list! I don’t actually know exactly how the wish list works in terms of priority et ?! Does anyone know?
The wish list is usually a back-up for H to sell unwanted bags from their best clients to others. High spending clients will normally be invited to a ‘bag meeting’ of some sort to place a special order or discuss options. They will then wait for a few months to a year for their bag to be produced. Usually bags that are refused are then passed onto others. That’s what I know from one store member at least.
About the wishlist: you have to go in person because if I correctly recall you have to kind of sign it in the system. And yes, I received the email from the department manager (not the SM but not my SA either) saying my wishlisted bag had arrived during the first days of the lockdown.
It might be cancelled for the first half of the year. We’ll have to see and wait for Paris to notify the stores.
