London is still very much on lockdown, I am so jealous of friends who live in other places with less restrictions. I hope the London stores plans a big party when they finally reopen.. I shall be first in line, gate crashing.

Yes this Lockdown seems to have been going forever doesn't it?London is still very much on lockdown, I am so jealous of friends who live in other places with less restrictions. I hope the London stores plans a big party when they finally reopen.. I shall be first in line, gate crashing.
Agreed. Last year wasn’t so bad, but being stuck in with grey skies and rain continuously is driving me insane!Yes this Lockdown seems to have been going forever doesn't it?
The place where I work were initially thinking Late Feb we'd reopen but my boss was saying yesterday it'll probably be late March
The thought is unbearable !
Anyone know a female SA in bag departments name start from P in Sloane st? whenever I mention bag she said - the manager will email you if the bag on your wish list is in store. This sounds like ********.

Was this at the Sloane St boutique? Wondering if all boutiques operate this way now with the wishlist system for B/K.It is not untrue, from my personal experience. I did my wishlist in August, by December I got an email from the store manager in regards to a Birkin, so I would say it is possible. Specially now that most SA's are working from home.
Yes, I believe so, my SA at Selfridges keeps asking me to come in to create a wishlist but I declined as I'm quite content with what I have so don't have the desire for another bag for the foreseeable future. Was this at the Sloane St boutique? I was actually referring to the process of the SM emailing when a bag on the wishlist comes in for you (instead of the SA emailing/calling you)Yes, I believe so, my SA at Selfridges keeps asking me to come in to create a wishlist but I declined as I'm quite content with what I have so don't have the desire for another bag for the foreseeable future.
Ah OK, I can't help you there but I think you have to go in person to create the wishlist but who knows with H and also the current situation!I was actually referring to the process of the SM emailing when a bag on the wishlist comes in for you (instead of the SA emailing/calling you)Btw do you know if it’s true that you can only submit a wish in person?
Yes. Sloane boutique, but I know the same policy is taking place in Bond St store as well. Was this at the Sloane St boutique? Wondering if all boutiques operate this way now with the wishlist system for B/K.
That's not how they operate from what I know. I'm a regular at Cadogan and it's usually your SA who will get in touch with you. What's your relationship with them? They only offer bags to locals and/or customers who buy RTW & jewellery.

I am local and have been shopped at Hermes London different store for a few year. It was only last year that I have a fixed SA. I didn’t buy RTW or jewellery but I have for sure hit 7000 pounds for that SA. She just kept saying, the manager will email me which I really don’t believe.
thanks!!Hi - I know for a fact that SMs allocate bags based on the matching of the wishlists against the items that come in. You may have already 'qualified' for the bag but you may possibly in the queue. But again, the whole 1:1 ratio is at best a shaky guidance as per many of the threads here. These processes are so store specific, and for very high demand bags, to ensure fairness, I won't be surprised if SMs coordinate them to avoid SAs gaming the system (but at the same time, SMs can override any queues). Also, depending on the bag that you're after, you may be directly competing with people who have spent £14k or VIPs.
I'm not sure if changing SAs is also going to help. But should you decide to do so, I'd say you go to NBS. (BTW, i havent heard that Cadogan Place has that rule re buying Jewellery and RTW. this can just be luck)
