I can now replace the huge 33 that was a hand-me-down with this 29, which is the right size for me. So overall, a positive first time experience for me. Perhaps I will visit again before Christmas - but I will make an appointment this time

Congratulations for your Evelyne and thanks for the sharing ! had a similar experience yesterday. I was initially looking for a Picotin 26, but none of the Selfridges, NBS or Cadogan stores had it. I've eventually bought an Evelyne 29 in Noir (but I agree, the Etoupe one is amazing !) at the Cadogan store. The Cadogan SA who served me was very polite and knowledgeable, but not as friendly as my Selfridges SA (who is amazing and gives great advice, but he wasn't there yesterday and the woman who talked to me wasn't very welcoming). I had a good impression with the NBS store, the SA was very nice. My next purchases will be some Passifolia tableware I think, so I'll try there.

I have also submitted a Kelly 28 wish in September (at the Selfridges store), I keep my fingers crossed, but with new lockdown threats, I think it will be more for 2021 (if I'm offered something).

I was at Harrods store today and there seemed to be lots of collection for K20’s and B25’s in gorgeous colours including noir and rouge grenate. I only purchased an Evelyne 29 but seeing so many collections is making me hopeful that my wish list will come true soon!
Hi, just wondering were those on bags on display or were they offered to clients?

Had a wonderful first Hermes experience today in London. Started at the New Bond St store, but left because the queue was long and they said no leather appointments were available. My husband decided to try his luck at the Cadogan Place store - walked straight in and met with a leather specialist. By the time he called me to join him, they were already setting up a wish list for me! Then I had a super fun time trying on Birkins and Kellys in different sizes and styles and being shown all of the leathers and the colours. The specialist was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Came home with a beautiful scarf! So much fun.

That sounds wonderful- so glad it was so great. What scarf did you find?

Hi,
Does anyone know how would the situation be with coming lockdown in London?
Will we be able to purchase from H by phone and get it delivered?
or shopping will be via H.com?
Thank you in advance

My SA said the boutiques will be closed fully but they are hoping that they can continue to do some sales via Personal Shopping at Selfridges. I don’t believe staff will be at the stores at all.
So it looks like it will be online only really.
