Hi guys! Abit of a late post but life has been manic.
wanted to share my experience recovering my first bag offer just over 3 weeks ago and before lockdown.
I started my relationship with my SA only in august, I had a huge wish list which I’ve saved for my trip to London, a lot consisting of scarfs, shoes, fine jewellery, silver, fragrances, homewear and leather goods.
I got my bag offer within 2 months.
Like everyone else I put my wish into the system for heritage leather and she put all the specs I found most desirable.
delighted to share my B30, tadelekt leather in the colour etoupe with PHW.
Because of where I’m from and due to lockdown being on the horizon, my SA kindly posted my bag and some other items I had on order that day.
never knew they could do this, but think they made exceptions.

Hey, if you decide to visit the shop, make sure that you book the appointment way in advance. As even with the appointment you might end up waiting for awhile. In Bond Street, I saw people queuing for hours to get in. But overall, I found it is quite safe in the store.You are welcome. I always find useful tips from others. Glad if my experience could help you. I am not sure whether it is a good idea after this lockdown I should visit the store before the Xmas. I saw people talking about queueing outside the boutique. I am afraid that more people will come before the X'mas and it will get busier as it will have another price increase in the new year. I heard about the WISH system and my SA advised me to place one after this lockdown. I am a bit nervous to travel as well. Such a nightmare this year. I hope we are all good and hopefully get what we want eventually.

Thank you so much for your lovely reply. I will find it out the WISH system. To be honest, I have heard about people talking about this few months ago, and some of them did receive the email or call to ask them to collect their wishes. It seems that this WISH is more promising than the Waiting List. However, to be honest, back to 2 years ago, acutally one of the SAs that I was good with told me that I could fill my interest of the dream bag and when the bag came, they would let me know. Guess what, I waited and waited and never got any message. The kelly bag I got from there was that I was visiting the store for conceesive 3 days in December 2018 and waiting there for hours as they told me there was no delivery but I insisted and believe I would come. Everyday, I got answer was 'No darling, we have no delievery today, please come back another day'. Finally, on the Day 3, I got an offer but it was pretty tricky as I had been told on the same hour by other SAs that there was no delivery but one of higher level SA finally offered me a Kelly 25 Togo Black with GHW, such a classic one. I never felt so lucky that time and I felt all my waiting was worth but you know what they did check my purchase history as they asked my account email to decide whether tell me NO or offer me something. I would say for this WISH system, I guess they did look up your purchase history and the WISH interest. I won't really believe FIRST COME FIRST SERVE as I never treated like until you did build up your profile gradually and let them think you are a true HERMES Lover. I will let you know about my experience if by any chance I am visiting the store after this lockdown. At the moment, all I know is that they do remote sale. From what I have read from other people sharing at this thread, it seems we could put some hope on WISH system. Yes, WISH system is very interesting for sure, not sure how will it work. How would they allocate the bag that everyone wants (like Kelly 25, in black Togo with GHW, for example), first come first serve? Does it mean if we have history, we are in the same queue as the person who just came in first time, and just put the name in without any history, but because was faster to put the name, will get the bag first? ....a lot of questions I guess![]()
Hi, I have been told that I have to visit the store in person to put a WISH.Hello I hope you are all safe and well. I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck setting up their wishlist for B/K/C remotely since the second lockdown? I had an appointment which sadly had to be cancelled when the stores closed when I intended to start my wishlist... wondering whether I should wait for another in person appointment or see if I can do this remotely. Any experiences / thoughts would be appreciated hopefully it won’t be too long until the shops reopen anyway!!
