I am horrified to see photos of Hermes employees and personal comments posted here. Surely that is not allowed? I never had anything but VERY professional service from Hermes Bond Street and I thoroughly recommend a visit by all Hermes lovers. If you are in Paris, of course go to Paris, but London has excelent service, lovely items and professional SA's.
When I visit there are 3- 4 people, at any given time, asking to buy bitkins orkellys or ALL the display bags. The stuff are very polite and they patiently explain over and over again... they show remarkable patience actually.

They often have Kelly's or birkins they are for display purposes only.

Completely agree with you, I was there a few days ago and saw her rejecting a vip request for a croc bag! The vip was already using a rare croc Birkin and I saw her buying a croc skirt! Can’t believe she got rejected and they just told her try Paris

Truly...this became my "home store" at one time and certainly I am in London as much as any other city...but for me it has gone from a delight to a total nightmare. Being British I can say this: H London is the worst of British attitude and makes Paris look good.

How do you know she was an VIP? I actually like it when they reject VIPs, just because you are a VIP, doesn't mean they owe you a bag.
