Cross posted from the what’s available thread. Service was ok but improved when we started talking specifics on the silks availability.
I wanted to come back to this thread and add that when we talked specifics about RTW they were well informed and pleasant.SA did say that the prices would be the same on a trench coat as in Paris (but they did not have my size). So I didn’t have the opportunity to see any hand written receipts or anything else that might be dodgy.

To be clear, I had a better time with SAs here than in Montreal or in Milan (in montreal, SAs were polite but not really willing to expend effort re RTW, perhaps bc stock was scarce and for locals). In Milan, the boutique was packed with locals and it was difficult if not impossible to get any help either RTW or fine jewelry

I went to the store a couple of days ago: basically no bags apart from a black Herbag 39 (coated canvas) and some men's bags. The two SAs serving me (one just started recently) were lovely and looked up the 3-4 items I inquired about. Just got a calendar refill as the other items were not available. The invoice is still handwritten (which does not bother me), but comes with an electronic receipt (I paid by CC).

They told me the store is in the process of being integrated into the H group (no franchise anymore) and the regular store is being renovated until 2023. The temporary store has a smaller stock and also no way of ordering bags (at least that's what I was told. No idea what they tell regulars and VIPs).

Some context: H Vienna was my homestore from 2008-2017 until I moved to Berlin. I moved back to Vienna a couple of months ago and this was my first visit to the temporary store as there was always a short queue (and I wanted to save actual purchases for my Paris trip).

I am glad to hear that the store will be integrated into the H-group!!

Did you get any qb during that time(2008-2017)?
Yes, ordered my box Kelly in 2008 and it arrived 15 months later.

In 2014 I ordered a B30 in a turquoise shade, which arrived more than 3 years later (didn’t take it though as 4 months before it arrived I got almost the same specs at FSH spontaneously).

Both from the same amazing SA who didn’t care about my (basically non existent) spending history (literally a reversible H belt in Togo/box and a perfume) before ordering the K. If we don’t count the K my total spending at the H store is surely under 2K…

She left for a different brand before my B arrived.

Hi Ladies, I just stumbled over this shocking thread while looking for info about the H store in Vienna.
I've heard from a number of different people that when you want to buy K/B, you have to pay something "extra" to the SA/manager. Does anyone know if that's really the case or just rumors?

I heard the rumours too. But I got my bags without bribing anyone. And there was never any indication that I would have to. Also I would have never… might as well go to a reseller then.

I believe that H employees in Paris, and more rrecently NY, have been terminated for this exactly behavior.
I was a walk in tourist, and the H staff in Vienna was both professional and friendly, just my experience
(I didn’t buy anything)

I am visiting Vienna and went to the Hermes store on Friday. The renovation is still in progress and there is a sign directing people to a pop-up store around the corner. Stock at the pop-up store seemed limited and the SA told me that they are moving "soon."

The opening is in Sept, my SA from FFM will help out for a few weeks
