My daughter and I shopped in the beautiful new Vienna boutique at the beginning of December. It was very, very busy and we waited about 35 minutes for an SA. The gentleman who helped us was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately there wasn't a lot of stock available. He was very apologetic, but remarked that the opening had been very busy and that the stock had not been fully replenished. I was looking for some fine jewelry pieces which were not in stock: Finesse earrings and the New Farandole pendant. The Finesse necklace was available but only in the SH size (I'm ST size). My daughter was looking for RTW, specifically a couple of pullovers and a pair of loafers, but the boutique did not have the pullovers in stock nor the loafers in her size. We purchased twillys, a Rodeo and a Calvi. I'm sorry I only have a photo of the twilly. Also, the boutique can see purchase history from Czech Republic and Germany, as the SA located my account with purchases in Prague. The Vienna boutique is lovely and is worth a visit!
Hello, can someone help me to find a SA who works in the Vienna boutique permanently? I have been there for few time since last October and had always different SAs….
Was there yesterday and got the mini clic chaine d’André for myself
and got another SA, apparently the one I asked for left already.. the SA seemed in hurry and always asked me if I will take the bracelet or not. At the end I took it because I really like it and wanna treated myself with something
I asked about this new system: wishlist appointment. The guy said I should ask his colleague at entrance which I forgot when I was leaving the boutique.
And then yesterday I tried to call the boutique but got transferred to France, so they told me that they will forward my request to the boutique and they will get back to me soon.
Got a call today: the lady on the phone was not really helping. Always said I should check with my SA although I just wanna to know how this new system works. At the end I just gave up. I hate to deal with such SAs but it seems that this is only happening here in Vienna. It seems it is soo difficult to find a friendly SA nowadays.
It seems that their Staff seems to come and leave. Is my feeling correct?

I am currently in Vienna for a week and I have done a bit of damage - shopped at around 4k euros
From what I understood is that they don’t care about minimum spends here but they do rely on waiting lists or wishlists (which is different than Dubai)
I was wondering could I possible just put my name for a Kelly pochette and wait? Getting a KP in Dubai is nearly impossible as they rarely get any stock + astronomical pre spend requirement
Or they wouldn’t accept this because I’m a tourist?

No, „officially“ they do not care about pre spend but in reality you need ongoing pre spend in the Vienna store to get on the waitlist…and to get a waitlist appointment at some point in the future. Regrettably it is not as simple here either…

You can try but I highly doubt it. To put it in another perspective…why should they give out an highly sought after bag to someone (or put this person on a waitlist) if there will be no ongoing spend? That’s the reason why it normally takes time (and I am talking about months) until you get on a wishlist appointment (or lots of money…but certainly higher than 4k)So I cannot put my name?
Hi friends, need help. I will be visiting Vienna in 2 weeks. Do you know if Vienna gives non qb to tourists. I am looking for a mini lindy and was wondering if I can just walk in and request or if there is some prespend involved.
Last time being there I had to wait one and a half hours until an assistant was available. They did not have any of the bags of interest (Picotin, Mini Lindy) and told me that these arenhigjly requested bags and they rarely get any and if often in „colourful“ colours. If I sought after decent coulozrs I should try Hermes.com
As Vienna is my home store you can imagine how frustrated this is.
And ordering a Kelly/ Birkin🤷♀️ Not even a list so far
I feel your pain. Vienna is also my home store and I feel like the SAs do not even try to get you on the list.
I really wanna a Birkin, but I dont want to play this Hermes "game". We got a new colleague and she uses her B 30 in black togo with SHW in the office. I have never seen anyone using a Hermes in the office and then she joined. She let me try hers and said it is just a bag. She waited for one year and got it last Christmas. I dont know how much she spent at Hermes in general but she said there is chance. So if you are willing to play this game, I am sure there is a chance.
Hello, according to me Munich will be the closest… if you want to stay in Austria only two shops. And the closest is Salzburg… both are respectively 2h drive and 3h drive more or less.
